Since the 510 atomizer is made of steel it won't rust instantly(Over a few washes) like iron will. But stainless steel does rust, it just takes a lot longer. So to get the longest life out of them I recommend PGA. If you don't have any its no big deal. Like I said its going to take a long time to oxidize and rust, but I just like to do everything I can to save a few . After all, thats why we're doing DIY right?

Vinegar works good too.

The question was, what atties do you guys use?

If rebuildable what wick material are you running with?

I'm using a couple vivi mini novas with cotton rounds wick and 33 AWG kanthal.
My other atty I use is a DID clone (genesis style) also running 33 AWG kanthal with stainless steel mesh wick at the moment (thinner gauge rw gives quicker heat response). I switch my DID clone between cotton and ss mesh depending on what I feel like running.

I use an A7 rebuildable for testing flavors. A little rinse and burn till all coils glow gets rib of the toughest flavors. If for some reason the flavor is still sticking, just rebuild it.

The only worse smelling DIY is TFA Tiramisu.. GREAT taste! AWFUL smell!!

Have you tried acetyl pyrazine or raspberry?!
Acetyl smells like corn/feet and raspberry smells like nail polish remover/acetone
Mix them together and what do you get? The best paint remover on earth!

WOW! If something smells worse that TFA Tiramisu it has got to be BAD!! Incidently, if you use too high a percentage of the Tiramisu, it tastes like burned coffee, but at 5% it is super!

I am going to be placing an order for some more PG, VG, and a sample of the "Ice".I also want to get some coffee flavoring. Is there any difference in the LA, and the TFA? Do you all have a preference, and what % should I start at for a mild coffee? Due to a condition I have, my doctor says No Coffee, so maybe I can just vape it.

I admit that I love TFA Tiramisu flavoring. The most awful smelling flavoring in the bottle, but an awesome vape when Caramel, Chocolate and Vanilla Bean Ice cream are added. Fragrant and awesome tasting!

Had a 10ml bottle of double Ry4 in my steeping drawer for the past month as Graff recommended and the flavor has changed completely, tastes more like a carmel like tobacco very robust.

Also had my 60ml bath of cigar heaven juice steeping for a month as well, and it tastes so good. Tastes like a nice sweet real tobacco flavor with a hint of vanilla.

Ok, so before I click checkout on a huge order lol ! I have a few questions:

I went with 100mg/ml PG nic liquid... I went this route for long term reasons, I'm going to freeze it like others have, is that right?

I got a bunch of flavors, all TFA btw, HOW LONG DO FLAVORS LAST? storage ideas?

unfortunately WL is out of a lot of lab ware i wanted to pick up, and one know of any places with good prices/products?

You can freeze VG too. Which to buy depends on the PG/VG mixture you use most often. I usually mix 20/80, so my nic is 100mg/ml VG

Flavorings are supposed to last a year or more. Just keep them out of hot places or sunlight.

I stumbled onto this thread before the Christmas holiday and you rekindled my diy spirit. I'm also following the recipe thread and hope to learn a few things from your adventures.
I've placed a couple of orders with WL and have been very happy with my experiences so far.
I usually vape tobacco type juices and I'm very interested in playing with the brown sugar and/or molasses with a few of the tobacco flavorings.
Just wanted to send a wave and say thank you!

I recieved my order of pg, sample of "ice", and TFA coffee concentrate yesterday. I want to make some coffee/vanilla juice and I'm wondering what % of the coffee to start with for a mild coffee flavor. I am used to using FA flavorings, and not sure about the TFA.

Very low! Maybe start at 2-3%, and it may need to steep a bit before it tastes right too.

I've not mixed it, and not 100% sure if all the TFA coffee's/cappuccino's are the same, but most say the cap's are super strong for sure.

So start low just in case

Right back at ya wickd.... Love brown sugar.... There is a recipe for Double Ry4, Brown Sugar and Caramel that I personaly love.I do not have the ratios as I am at work right now.

Anytime! I have some regular Cappuccino here, but haven't tested it yet.

I do think those Cap's are the strongest but I believe the coffee is super strong too.
