They're not the only quality supplier, but I hear you. I still haven't received my package. In fact it hasn't even been scanned in in Georgia yet. That sucks!! It's been 10 days and I haven't got it yet. That's plenty of time to allow for "growing pains". I could have got a mech mod from china in that amount if time.

Question for you. Have you gotten tracking information?
Did you search USPS?
If it is in the Shipping companies hands that has nothing to do with Wizard.

wow, I just checked,,,,,,Wizard Labs has nicotine,,,,for a while (growing pains, maybe?) they NEVER had it,,,,,

if they still have it thursday, I'm ordering a big container of it LOL.

Yeah, I remember that .. They have had nic base in stock consistently for the last two months ... in fact, last Thursday I went to purchase some 100mg and it was sold out, so I did the little "notify me" thingy, and the next day I received an email that it was back in stock.

I've used that "notify me" button a few times over the last couple of months, and I always get an email notification within a few days.

I received my stuff today!! I sent them an email about 2 days ago, and john mccloud from wizard labs actually called me and sent an email apologizing for the inconvenience. They also sent out a couple samples for the shipment taking so long. I can respect that. I know it wasn't totally their fault and I can appreciate them taking ownership for that. I will be ordering from them again just for the good customer service

Must be hit-and-miss and/or depending on what is ordered. I placed an order last night, got a e-mail that it shipped today, tracking shows it has already been processed thru the sort facility.
