It's not variable voltage, but it is a touch sensor with a sliding protector to cover it when not in use. Very slick design actually.

No variable voltage is disappointing but not a deal breaker for me. I have enough spare Precious-LV2's that I can afford to dismantle one to see what components the VV part involves. In fact, right now I am soaking one of the Precious tops in a mild solvent that will slowly eat away at the epoxy which is holding the electronics together. Pretty sure I can decipher how it works and obtain the necessary parts, already did that for the Precious-L1's.

I believe Mark is working on the cases now.

What cases? In the picture that he posted over a month ago, it shows that the outer cases were already done.

Mark is working on custom presentation/carrying cases, he would like for each production Wizard unit to be presented in a specially designed case, and has been busy working his tail off to get these done. :) Final tests are being performed on this first production batch and I believe 3 units should be coming up for sale from this batch when the cases have been completed. I believe he has plans to possibly make a further small batch after this, although this isn't confirmed.
Sale of these first few production units is likely to be handled either by some sort of lottery or auction affair. It hasn't been completely decided yet but nearer the time, feedback from interested parties will be sought in an effort to make it as fair as it possibly can be.

Well, I have had 3 different 18kt Presidential Rolex's in my lifetime, all of which came with a useless box and case that I never ever used.

Just out of curiosity, who here wants and is going to use a case(added extra expense) with their Wizard?

Just like your Rolex, it is an premium mod, and deserve a premium body cases:)
