I like the plastic drawer idea, but I like to be able to look at every flavor at the same time without searching through drawers. I've done it, and it's too frustrating for me. I probably wasn't organized enough because I would open each one a few times before finding what I needed.
BioQuip has a, well not a fantastic but a pretty good selection of vial trays/racks/cabinets/drawers and really good prices on glass vials...

Wood vial racks produced at BioQuip's facility are a recommended alternative to acrylic vial racks (8520). They are available in two widths.
Racks have 1/8" (3 mm) birch plywood sides, and 1/4" (6 mm) thick basswood ends and bottom. They are assembled with glue and pin nails; they are not finished or painted. Both racks are 16-3/4" (425 mm) long and 2-1/2" (64 mm) high. A 5/8" (16 mm) gap on one side allows for partial viewing of vials in the rack.

Vial trays with removable partitions are offered in four grid sizes for maximum use of available space. They are made of heavy chipboard covered with white glazed paper. I like more heavy duty stuff. I can just see one of the animals tearing that apart in two bites. I like the rack idea. It'd be great having them attached to a wall. I might even hang them in my kitchen.
I ordered one of the 6 - 8 dram vial trays, WTH, it was a whopping $2.75 lol... 2 of the vial racks and 4 dozen 6-8 dram vials W/ polyseal caps

I just buy the plastic drawer units, or you can use a plastic box. The inserts are the corner things used for dry walling. I just cut them to fit in the box/drawer & glue them in place with a hot glue gun. Cheap & easy.
Not my idea, someone in the DIY Recipe FB page shared it. Sure make it a bit easier to organize.

I seperate mine into, menthol/mint, candy, sweet/dessert, fruit, tobacco, floral, additives/secondary, and beverages.
Here is my stand, which was just completed last weekend... My grandpa was always crafting with wood and probably made this for holding matchbox cars or something neat like that. It was just laying around the house, not being used. It actually has legs which are on hinges, and fold back so the racks will be level. Me and a buddy opted to re-design it and just hang it on the wall, above eye level, where I sit, so I can look right at each flavor...
So I did not make the stand, my grandfather did probably 20+ years ago. I "hired" a buddy to wrap the wooden pegs with fishing line to hold all the compartments together... and now I have an awesome flavor stand! Way better than tossed together in seperate flavor type bins.

Very cool. Did you transfer everything into plastic bottles?
Yeah I did. I dont know why but I just really like the MBV bottles, so all my my WL flavors got transfered to them.
Keep in mind that the 2 dram vials are 17mm, so whatever you get needs to be at least that.
