As @somdcomputerguy suggested, try replacing the coil. If that doesn't work, contact where you bought it. With only 3 days, it still under warranty and you shouldn't have to futz with it.

That seems to be the case. It's probably for the best. You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it take a bath.
