To think I was just starting to get caught up with inventory and custom orders.
So far everyone is taking the delay really well. I think I am taking it the hardest. I really miss my lathe and I am already having withdrawals. I can't wait for the replacement parts to show up. In a week I can get back to my lathe. Sipping on Black Butte porter and vaping Eric's pizza bread stick. They really go great together. I think that is about as good as it gets unless I am camping and fishing at 9000ft

Txtumbleweed I have not forgot about your drip tip even though it has been weeks. I was actually turning it when the live center let go. When the lathe is up and running I will finish it up first and mail it off to you.

I'm pretty involved with digital art, and I know when my health goes really pear shaped and I can't sit up for hours with photoshop, I go through total creative withdrawls. And that's with a pc on my lap. lol There's something very organic and connected about working with wood. Not at all surprised you're feeling wonky without it. BTW... ok, seriously w the Pizza Bread stick juice? I never understood those 'savory' flavor juices.... I don't wanna vape tuna, or any of those other weird ones, really. But I have to say... something about the idea of vaping pizza appeals to me. ESPECIALLY since I"m about to go to a trial gluten free diet. UG. lol I am not looking forward to that at all. I LOVE my bread and pasta. Now I eat mostly organic bread and pasta... but still to not have any... SO not my normal state of affairs. Of course this is why pizza vape is suddenly sounding intriguing. So honestly, its' good? Is it just basically tomato and garlic? lol I might need to see how I can go about getting a sample of that one. Not quite sure I'm bold enough to plunge into a full bottle. rofl BUT i should be getting my first dv juice tomorrow! I got the peanut butter cup. Now peanut butter and chocolate... that sounds appetizing.

Anyone else a fan of the Pizza Bread Sticks? Or any other sorta 'bread' evocative juices? lol I'm desperate, here. I want a fresh baked bread w butter juice!

Honestly I didn't think I would like it. I mean really vaping pizza, but everyone seemed to like it and got hooked so I gave it a try. Currently I vape a DV 50/50 sweet tobacco and DC chocolate at work, but when I get home I am back to the pizza bread stick.
I am not sure if it will get rid of your pasta cravings or make them worse, but it is good and does taste like bread sticks.

The best description that I have read so far is from Bayemon.
"Pizza Breadstick - 1st Puff = Gah, this is awful. What did Eric do? 2nd puff - Ok, it's so different... I get butter, garlic, tomato, and yes toasted bread tones. Weird. 3rd Puff = Yeah, this really does taste likes its name. I dont usually have savory flavors. 4th Puff = Why can't I stop puffing this weird flavor? In short, will reorder. I thought Eric was nuts all this time. But I am telling you, mind = blown for me."

rofl...lmao over that 4puffs to total addiction scenario. Ok, ok... I pride myself on being very open minded, so I'll see about ordering some variety of a sample next order. And heck if I have a few bucks spare I should just get a 15ml. Worst case, if I find out that you're all totally insane, and its grargh!-tastic and way too weird for me, I can always bottle it into 3ml samples for all my vaping buddies to go with xmas care packages. Call it a 'naughty' stocking stuffer. lol But I promise I'll vape at least... oh, say 20 puffs or so to make sure I've given my 'can't stop!' a chance to kick in on it.

I will post it here. I post pictures of all the pieces I make.
I am still waiting on the new drill bits for tanks which should be here on Friday. They have taken almost a month to get here. The current bit that I have for the DCT is in pretty rough shape and it has already killed one blank. I don't want to take the chance with the last of the box elder burl (black/green). I hope to turn your tank next week.

For the tube it varies slightly, but generally 1 1/2 x 3 3/8 should do the tube.
For the cone 1 1/2 x 2
For the drip tip 1 1/2 x 1/2
Total is 1 1/2 x 5 7/8 This should be enough to make any of the units that I can currently make with a tube/cone/tip. 5 3/8 for the tube/cone.
I am not sure what unit takes a 14500 battery though. I make a E-Power 14650 which is regulated 3.7v. If this is not what you mean please send me or post a link to the unit that you would like me to make. Also please note that I have to be able to disassemble the unit down to a empty tube that is open at both ends.

After $250 and a month wait I got my Fuller HSS brad point drill bits today
Now I should be all set to make DCT with out killing blanks.

okay, from what I can tell, the 14500 is the same diameter as the 14650, but is a shorter battery. Here are a few tube mods that I dug up around the web that use 14500s. All vv, I think... I do have a couple of the batteries that I could measure, if that would help?

I love, love, love my Indulgence, but want a smaller one now, too. I rather doubt that I will ever even use a matching wooden drip tip, but I want one so that I have it. Sounds silly, doesn't it??? Lord help me!
