Wooden Pipe mod Vote

I made this pipe but don't know how i want to set it up. Iam asking you all to vote on how i should set it up. 1. eGo mega atty /or 510 atty. 2. two 320mah batteries at 3.7volts/or make it a USB powered with a TI PTR-08100w regulator in it so i can run it at highter volts. 3. make the bowl shorter only if USB powered. 4. keep it blond like it is now /or paint it black. 5. cut hole in top put gray plastic with red LED/or no LED no plastic.

Shorten it and use a 16340. That's what I'm going to try one day. I'm going to use a regular pipe and mod it though. Nice wood working there. I bet that took some time.

The wood work took three and a half hours to make that pipe. It's made out of paint mixing sticks i have made a few other boxes and thing from paint sticks before so that was easy to make.

That's pretty quick work. I'd say shorten it too, so the bowl isn't much taller than the top of the stem. And certainly running a battery, not usb. If it'll fit, an 18350. Darker, and a switch someplace on the bowl. My 2c

Hey Squeeze, here are my suggestions:

1. Regular 510 - I'm not sold on the mega's

2. 3.7 volts is fine with LR attys. Keep it simple! I have parts for VV & HV but no motivation as 3.7v w/LR gives great vapor as does my 5v regulated Trekk.

3. Shorten the bowl. It looks out of proportion. If you use one 3.7v cell you can add the USB charge / PT also.

4. Keep it naked and clear coat it. Don't paint it, it looks cool! You can always paint it later if the finish doesn't take the wear & tear well.

5. Skip the plastic and LED. Paint a black circle to simulate the bowl or better yet, put a storage hole with a low profile cover.

Put a tactile switch about half way up the left side of the bowl.... right where your index finger will be when wrapped around the bowl or put it just above where the stem meets the bowl, where your thumb would be. With a tactile switch you don't need an LED to know when it's firing. Less is better.....

How did you make it from paint stirrers? Is it just a shell? Any construction pics?

If you're still looking for suggestions I would put an 801 fitting on it. The 801 is a bigger atty (wider) that comes with nice soft whistle tips. 801 cartos are available too.
I agree with the no LED suggestion.

Well I agree that the eGo Mega atomizer (cylinder) would be a good choice. Great performing atties that hold a lot of liquid, have great vapor and with the best mouthpiece out there. Similar to an 801, but with that Joye 2.2Ω advantage. And overall nicotine delivery seems better too.
