I ordered a 5v mod almost a month ago now. I received the mod about 9 days after I ordered it which was fairly faster then I thought it would be. Now the mistake I mad was being a penny pincher and ordering the batteries from a non-e-cig website (saved me like 8 bucks). It's been 2 and a half weeks now and I still haven't gotten the batts yet. I checked the tracking on it and it still says it hasn't left the destination yet. So I prob still won't see them for like another 2 weeks. It sucks so bad, first 5v mod and I can't even use it. So my point I'm trying to make is just order batteries with your mod or take the chance of looking at your mod for (x)amount of day and not be able to use it.

It can go the other way around too. I ordered, and received, batteries for my Juice Box something like six weeks before the JB was delivered. I've had it, and them, for a while now ... and thinking of selling them both. For a loss, of course.

I wouldn't call that my worst mistake EVER though. That distinction would, no doubt, go to my unfortunate choice of a dangerously bipolar (maybe schizophrenic) woman for a wife. I'm a psycho magnet. Single since 1984.

That was one of my first mistakes as well. I ordered half from China and half from the US so I sat around smoking cigs for an extra two weeks. I don't think I'll be ordering from overseas again. What the heck even though they are reselling stuff made in China why not let a guy make a couple bucks so you get your stuff on time. If this place you ordered from is in the U.S. than you should let us know who it is so we can avoid them.

Peace.

I came close to doing that myself. But alas I'm too lazy and didn't want to take any chances. Just bought a Prodigy V3 and even though I have quite a few batteries I still ordered more and another charger.:p I couldn't take even thinking about having a new mod and not be able to use it. Hope you get your batteries soon.:):vapor:

I must be pretty lucky lately. I got some batteries from China in 11 days and part of that was the holiday weekend; whether that had an effect or not I don't know.

I went through the same thing as you recently, though. I ordered some batts from China while I was deciding whether or not to get a certain mod. I did order the mod and had to wait a couple of days for the batts, but I've become really patient in the last few years for some reason, so it was okay. :)

I ordered batts in the "Lead time" for Chuck.

Received the 3.7 (18650's and chargers) ahead of time.

Received the Chuck in 2 weeks from the order date, and bought batts off of the classifieds in the mean time for a the HV Vapin'...

Try the classifieds. Go with priority shipping for about 2-4 day time, and you know they have it in hand already, and cheaper.

I know the problem too!
Saving a couple bucks doesn't compute when you end up paying for more postage and more waiting from a 'cheaper' source....DUH. I learned my lesson.
Cheap is nice, but you need time to plan ahead. I once in awhile order attys from BestECigs (China) and don't pay for accelerated postage, save a bundle, but I have some attys left when I order. It's gonna be at least 3 weeks. And if something is wrong with a couple be ready to write it off, returns and adjustments can get hairy!

Brad it ended up being a across seas distributor. When I ordered it I didn't know though. The site is called Focalprice.com. It came up in a search on google under amazon. It loked like it was a American shop and it was my own mistake for not checking. Yeah I'll never order across seas again.
The same thing happened to me. They even had a California phone number on their website! Very misleading.
Thanks Brad

I have also used high tech dealz and been very pleased. Although, now I prefer the high drain batteries.
