Bought these on Taobao (China's ebay). Thought I received a bad unit because at the time the only tank I had available to use with it was the UD Zephyrus V2. The Tiny would recognize Zeph's ni200 coils, however would not recognize any of the Zeph's Kanthal coils (0.3, 0.5), resulting in a short error every time I try to fire up.
The seller refused to accept responsibility (not surprised), at first saying it was operational error, then asked me to contact Wotofo directly because apparently after the product leaves his store the responsibility is no longer his.
I'm an expat living in China so I was able to speak with them on the phone, being a Chinese American I was able to clearly express my problems with them in Mandarin.
Here's my experience with Wotofo.
They refused to help with the product, saying that they no longer carry them (their website still has them) and that it was an old model (although it was first introduced around June-July 2015, less than a 8 months old).
After some arguing the person I spoke with handed the phone to another gentlemen who had an even worse attitude than the first. He said I called the wrong number and that I should be contacting tech support (apparently they only handle sales). When I asked for the number he refused to give it to me and instead gave me a generic email address.
The only 2 contact numbers I was able to locate was either on their website or on their facebook page.
Here's the funny part, the one listed on their official website was a lady's cell phone number, a private line. The one listed on their facebook page apparently was their sales devision and they do not handle after sales.
TL;DR Version
Bad experience with Wotofo's after sales customer service. Living in China, I was able to have first hand experience with contacting them directly on the phone.
Bad experience with the Freakshow Tiny, some tanks might or might not work, you never know (ie: UD Zephyrus V2).
