Switched from the steam crave Aromamizer v1 and v2 RDTA to the Serpent Mini a few weeks ago and haven't looked back. I ordered 2 from gearbest during their flash sale for $16 each a few weeks ago and paired them up with istick Pico's. Flavor is the best I've ever tasted and the draw is great since I prefer it a little more restricted.
I'm not affiliated with this ebay seller, but they are selling the iStick Pico w/ Wotofo Serpent Mini combo for $44 shipped which is a great deal imho. If you add an LG G2 battery the total comes to $49.

That's a great deal for $50.The kit and kaboodle (if that term means what I think it still does.. , Lol). I'm tempted to add a few black S.mini's to my collection. If there still there after payday. I also like a little restriction and the awesome flavor I get.
I've spent a week with mine now and I think it's a great bit of kit. Well designed, manufactured and good looking.
I tried the twisted coils that came with it and did not like them, so I installed a 26/32 Clapton and got much better results. I usually use dual coils and like a dense warm vape so I knew I would be asking a lot from a single coil RTA. Using the clapton at 28 watts and the airflow wide open I managed to nearly get the vapor production, density and flavor I was looking for. If it had about 50% more airflow then I would have been completely satisfied as I could have used higher wattage. But then the capacity of the tank would have really become an issue. I also found I needed to swap out the delrin drip tip for a longer larger one or my lips got too hot.
Considering I was trying to get it to perform outside of it's design spec, I'm very happy with how it performs and would recommend it to anyone.

I find it too flat industrial, thin sheet metal looking.
But it performs great, so I'll forgive them.
I generally use my single coil RTAs, though I do love my 'Mizer (and have a Lite on the way).
You are asking a lot of a tiny single, I'm glad it can manage for you. They're quite tasty.
LOL... is that a Plume Veil DT?
I have an extra Bachelor DT on mine, but the damn DT well is too shallow, even with it's own.
I should hunt down my Plume.
I have an unused second Lil' Serpent and some 316 Clapton wire I need to try out.
Seems like a good pairing... maybe later today.
Well done! Great look at its design and features. I agree for most part. It's definately not for high power vaping(30 on up). Myself I stay in the area of 22-26 watts and keep just a little restriction with Kanthal A1. The Airflow slots could be a little longer to acomadate more of a shorter larger draw. But I do find for me (my thoughts only). That it does well for a flavorful quick building atty. Not for everyone that's for sure. But I do think it's worth the money I spend. Thanks for your input. Pardon my double post guys. I wanted to suggest a few improvements as I see it.
1. Do away with the set screws at right angle(vertical).Suggest from the top as velocity style.
2. Add more length to airflow slots if possible, but keep them narrow as is.
3. Delrin drip tip. No more stainless
4. Give the chimney a little more space from posts(contact to trimmed wire is too tight).
So far those would be my most important thoughts. Thanks

I don't have any of the recently popular 25mm RTAs, but I have an original 'Mizer that I love and a new Supreme Lite on the way but they're primarily dual coil decks (the Lite has an adaptor) and I generally prefer single coil builds. And I know little about the original Serpent.
So this bigger Lil' Serpent has my interest.
Waiting for the flood of pre-release sales copy.

Still using this puppy. It's obvious all mental but I don't blow through juice like I use to knowing my capacity is 2.5 mls. The whole single coil thing helps too.
