Ok after reading here as much as I can. I have come to the conclusion that I would like to sell liquid from inside the US. I know there are a couple of companies that do this and I want to make a cheeper liquid for people that quite frankly cannot afford to spend a lot of money. Who would be interested in this. leave a line and let me know. If I get enough people that would be interested in this I will get a business license to make everything legit. I am not wanting to take advantage of anyone. just give a viable option for innexpensive juice. I am thinking selling the juice for barely anything above cost and the only reason for this would be so that I can get more ingredients to be able to expand and make more.

also If I did this I would of course take paypal and to start with I would also take money order then once things picked up I would set up a website and also take credit cards. being someone that doesnt have much money right now I know a cheep good liquid is a must (at least for me) also not having to worry if the FDA is going to hold up my order of liquid is another. but not having money makes it a little hard to go all out and get a merchant website to start with. I think though paypal and money order would work and people would understand in the beginning.

drop a line and let me know what you guys (and gals) think whether you think it is a good idea or a bad one. right now this is a thought in my head I would like to become reality but cant spend the money unless I have people that would be willing to help me out to start and grow.

yea I would definately ship to canada and since its not comming from china I dont think there would be such a problem with customs you know. Like I said though I just want to help people out. See for as long as I can remember I wanted to have a business repairing computers. I dont have the money to do that. I do fix computers and I charge 35 an hour only because I found if I go lower than that noone will use me they think im a joke. I still do repair for free to people that I know honestly cant aford it because I honestly like helping people. I dont wanna rip anyone off I never have and I never will.

If you guys could I would really like everyones opinion even if its just simply good idea or bad idea. it would be very helpfull.

i think it could be a good side buisness to start at home with minimum stuff.. if you do it for the reason you sayed.. and give client a good communication and service.. it might work well...

wish you best luck

and that is exactly what I want to do have it a side project to help people. and with anything I do my main goal is to make the people I help happy I honestly dont really care about having money cause quite frankly money cannot buy happiness.

This is also something I would work with everyone to make the best flavors based off of recipes so that everyone is happy.

The idea is great. Liquid from China is the biggest reason I make my own.
I'm sorry, but come on, this is the country that poisoned people and our pets.
Anyway, I'd go for it without investing a lot until we know there isn't a ban coming.

It's too bad the FDA isn't helping people like you make a safe liquid.

thank you and gotta say really diggin the tigger I used to have a ton of stuff with tigger (unfortunately it is all gone now)

yea since I dont have a lot of money I would be keeping quantities low and doing nothing but putting extra money into it to be able to keep more ready for people.

They are trying to place Nicotine-Bearing Liquid into the realm of prescription-only. This would mean that only FDA approved eLiquid would be allowed to be sold or purchased in the state, and anyone caught with it would be subject to enforcement for handling a prescription product without a prescription.

Regarding non-nicotine liquid, if passed, then expect any run ins with good old Johnny Law to figure they can not be sure if it has or does not have nicotine content, which in turn can lead to arrest and detainment until such time as they prove you were not handling a prescription product.

We need everyone in on this. Expect other States to follow as well. CA sets the example and then others follow, and then nicotine juice will end up being illegal in the U.S.

If you can do it, I'd definitely love it. I stay home with the kids and husbands hours have been cut back, etc., everybody knows the story, I'm sure. We really have problems keeping stocked up sometimes and definitely don't have all we want, or need for that matter as far as pv stuff goes. It's get what you can, for what you can, unfortunately.

I know I am in the same boat my wife isnt working right now as she is going to school full time. I work but dont have much left after bills.

I have talked to my wife about this and if the ban doesnt happen I will be starting. From looking at prices I should be able to do 8-9 dollars for a 30ml bottle unless I can find the 36mg nic cheaper. would that be a decent price for everyone.

Good luck and I salute you!

Count me in as a customer. I like my current supplier(s), but anyone who can offer a quality product for a better price will get my business.

Welcome to the reality of Planet Earth, U.S.A. 2009 :(

Keep us posted.

As has been said before, count on PayPal giving you grief very soon:mad: and think about different methods of payment (google checkout?)
