You know how cartomizers are always so great fresh out of the box, with that nice pull and *snap* *crackle* *pop*. Your on top of the world, then a day later, the draw has tightened up?

I just wanna know why they don't make cartos with sllllllightly bigger air channels. Just so when the poly expands, it, and settles into the tight draw stage, it'll have a more sufficient draw.

I wouldn't mind putting up with a really airy fresh carto, if it means I could still use it a couple days later and not feel like I'm trying to pull air through...well an old cartomizer (feel free to suggest metaphors)

Thoughts?

Good question. I am no carto expert but my first thought is that density of the polyfill is important for keeping the carto properly wicked/saturated. If the poly was less dense, juice could seep through the fill and just run out of the bottom. I could be wrong. Anyone have any other thoughts on this?
