Would you go back to smoking if liquid costed more than cigarettes?

Savoir-Faire is everywhere!
Cigarettes = population control.....they can shove it. I'm not dying on my own dime by their addiction.

Sent via a very grumpy computer at too early an hour to be awake!

I'm already set on mods, including a few mechs. I've been buying nicotine and rba's. But, I still need to about double what I have to make sure it will last the rest of my life.

Although, I've finally started reducing my nic usage. So, I may already be set on that one. Not sure yet.

Either way, I'ld just have to make do because I can no longer afford cigarettes, period.

No. I suffered enough for the many times I tried to quit. Discovered e-cigs and the chains were broken. Also a long time pipe smoker -- probably have fifty pounds of pipe tobacco cellared. Don't smoke my pipes any more either. No desire. Nic is addictive (so is sugar) but I don't have the first-thing-in-the-morning craving like for cigs. I DIY so am controlling my nic level, lowering it as my body needs/wants less. No pain, no hassle, no drama! I'm now going to live to be a hundred, listen to all the politicians talk about how Social Security is growing broke because of me, and vote them out of office! Remember who isn't supporting what you feel is right and let THEM try unemployment!!

I prefer to let my body & brain decide when I'm getting too much nic, and ween myself that way..

Not forcing it works much better, at least for me...

Yup, IMO nic is not any worse for us than caffeine.

This is the crux of it. I reduced to zero nic over about nine months and that was not hard for me. I suspect I could have done it in half that time and been just fine. After I had been at zero nic for months I added it to my juice again and found that I could enjoy it at will with no addictive side effects. In a perfect world it wouldn't matter, but in this world it sure is nice to know that I don't need to vape nicotine to stay off cigarettes.

I agree that nicotine (outside of burning tobacco, of course) is no worse than caffeine. I LOVE my nic and I LOVE my caffeine. That said, I let my body tell me when I need less. Surprisingly, I have gone from 24mg to 6 or even 3mg/ml strength in about 4 months. No rushing, nor forcing myself to stay at a certain level. I just try a little lower nic every now and then and see how I like it. YMMV, but I feel very satisfied with much less nicotine, maybe zero someday, we'll see.

Some of us like/need more nicotine. Whatever level you need/want, rock it, as long as it's satisfying for ya. My method leaves much more nicotine in the world for y'all "high nic'ers" ;). You're welcome, lol!

Money lit a big flame under my .... to quit smoking. Just knowing that i replaced my expense for cigarettes for a brand new 2013 camry car payment. I would not go back to cigarettes, even if at times i might spend more on vaping... im comfortable where i am. And i already have started my DIY inventory.

I've thought deeply about the question in the thread title.

I will never go back to cigarettes no matter what the cost. If vaping gets to the point where it costs more than cigarettes, I'll give up both.

I was at a friends birthday party last night where I caught my wife sneaking a cigarette and hiding from me behind another smoker.

I just LMAO. She's a responsible grown woman and can do as she wants.
