probably during the manufacturing process, the items are "put" into a bin and sent to packaging. Be it either gingerly placed or tossed into the bin, scuffs are going to happen....
Right, of course I do not blame sourcemore!Blood pressure
To be fair to the vendor, they couldn`t have been aware of the poor quality paint job as it was a sealed unit - the onus lies completely with the factory.
That being said, it`s how they handle the aftersale.
I personally wouldn`t accept it, unless they made reparation to the value of at least $20 - otherwise it would be a return.
I`d deal with it if it was the cost of a 'bargain bin' item.
Some people may not care about a faulty finish, others like yourself presumably, do.
Right, of course I do not blame sourcemore!
I really hope I haven't given that impression.
I don't know why they need the envelope, they can check the tracking and see it arrived the day of the photo date. Furthermore, they are the only seller currently selling blue osubs, literally. So where else could i have got it from, the moon? I guess they are not going to help, i might leave this one up to paypal. Never heard paypal demanding a receivers envelope before.
I have to just update this and let you know, sourcemore are torturing me. 24+ hours between each reply, which is always unhelpful and now they have offered me 6 dollars refund. I can't even get a SKIN shipped here for 6 dollars. I've started a dispute with paypal. Never, ever again. Sourcenomore.
I had already started a paypl dispute yesterday saying i'd accept a 50% refund. They always try for a low amount at first to see if you`ll crack easily - I`d hold out for a more sensible offer of recompense, IF you are willing to keep the item.
They don`t really want it back after all.
