Wow! Analogs are icky now!

I've been vaping for just over two months. Started with SmokeStiks and then bought some Tornadoes from TW (ego's). vaping a high nic concentration (28 mg)

I was sitting outside with my wife; she was smoking an analog and I was puffing on the Tornado. Frequently she will share her analog and I'll take a couple puffs.

Anyway, out of old habit I picked up the pack of analogs and lit one up. I smoked the whole thing. It didn't taste good, I got a headache, dizzy and a little nauseous. Lasted about 20 minutes.

I'll have to admit - I like that experience; that I really don't want an analog anymore!

That's great Daniel. Welcome to the 'I'm not chained to cigs anymore!' club. I was lucky enough to get off them my first week of vaping and I'm not missing them one bit.

I have not picked one up since the day I got my PV, that was the last day I smoked, when I think about it I realize I really don't want it, am actually kinda scared to even try one, because I think it would make me sick too.

Yep. Same thing happened to me. About two weeks into vaping, I decided to try one and it was nasty.

After vaping for three months i went on a hunting trip by jetskiff and lost my e-cig in the river,one of my buddies gave me a cig after taking a couple pulls on it i gave it back,could not stomach it,we didn't get back to town for a few days and it didn't bother me thats when i realized i was a non smoker ,still vaping though.,

About two weeks in I didn't make it past the first puff when I tried an analog. They are gross!

I had occasion to smoke an analog last week... made it though the thing, but really wanted to get back to the PV.

The analog was definitely not one of the best experiences... took a few mL of juice to get that blech taste out of my mouth.

LOL I did this tonight. Didn't make it past the first puff. It was awful. Will make it easier to resist next time considering I instantly spit and went to wash my mouth out...didn't even get a chance to inhale.

I've done the same twice in the last month since i quit analogs. Didn't make it past the first draw either time.....Makes me wonder how I EVER could have convinced myself that I liked/wanted the taste of a cig.

Similar experience here.. Was having a BAD day about a week into vaping, was starving, and the group at work ordered food and didn't even ask if I wanted anything. Bummed an analog to curb my hunger, and even though I smoked the entire thing, I felt nasty...
Dizzy, sick to my stomach, head spinning, all this physical pain... and I could smell the smoke on myself the entire day. It was horrifying. But it was then that I knew I'd never go back. And I needed that experience.

Same thing happened to me after using a pv for just 4 days. I was totally shocked!!! Couldn't even smoke half of my analog. Never in my entire smoking history has this ever happened using patches, gum, etc... PV's are an amazing alternative to smoking. No way I would even consider trading my PV for 100 cartons of analogs. Well, unless I could resale the analogs to buy more PV stuff.

Congrats on your PV experience!!! Hope your wife will join your new found vaping habit and throw away the analogs.

I'd take a real cigar any day! But as for cigarettes dont care anymore for them "I smoked 1/2 pack of Winston's reds daily.
I am a heavy epuffer. smoke 5X more then I did when i smoked analogs.

I never thought I would be one those ex-smokers who couldn't stand cigs. I thought if I ever managed to quit I would still long for them and just wouldn't allow myself to indulge. I LOVED everything about smoking. Now that I've been vaping for almost 2 weeks- I am disgusted by analogs. It's a miracle.

I have to say, as someone who is just about to take the plunge but hasn't as of yet, I'm really hoping I get over analogs as soon as possible.. It's inspiring to read the difference people feel once they go the way of the vapor cloud. Here's hoping I make the switch for good.

This is EXACTLY what happened to me, and how I feel! In fact, just the smell of a real cigarette turns my stomach! I still can't believe I did that to myself for 35 years!!!!!!!! EeeeYUCK!!!!!!!!!

Awwwww, man, and I was going to smoke an analog for my 2 month vaping anniversary! I figured it would be kinda gross, but now it sounds like I may end up not feeling well! I just wanted to see what it would be like, but, okay, you all convinced me not to ruin my non-analog streak!

I’ve been vaping for two weeks. Out of curiosity I lit an analog yesterday, first it felt strange in my hand, so light in weight, once I took a drag I felt like it wasn’t producing enough smoke as I thought it would, then I felt like I was chewing on coal, eww… I smoked the whole thing just to make myself grossed and to build aversion towards them.

I had to rush to the bathroom to relieve myself as in “took care of my business”, you know what I mean J That was a great relief though.

I read somewhere that smoking is like a love affair and so it causes a great deal of withdrawal upon quitting. Now I feel like I broke up with a nasty girl for a nice one J

I sure hope if I have a weak moment and bum a smoke from someone that it tastes like what all of you say.
I've only been smoke free for two weeks and I'm afraid if I tried an analog I would be right back to square one..
So far I've been content with vaping,but some day I will want to prove to my self that analogs taste like crap..
And I hope they do!!!!!!!

I have only been analog free for 4 days. I think I would be afraid to try an analog again, fearing I would get back on them.
