So today I was down to 12 milligram e-liquid. It's going to be 2 more days until my 18mg. Halo Tribeca comes in the mail. So I reluctantly went to my local vapor shop to get some 18mg (China made) juice to get me by. I really needed some 18mg!

When I arrived "Dave" told me they had a new Juice line that they were trying out. The juice line is eVo (e-liquid evolved) made by Nicopure Labs. He went on to tell me that this company was fema/gras approved, and regulated by the FDA.

He proceeded to tell me they only had 30ml bottles and they were 19 dollars. I really didn't want to spend that much on something I knew nothing about. But decided what the hell.

The flavor I decided on was "Whisper" The first thing I noticed while filling up my tank, was how much the base, as well as the bottle reminded me of Halo. Then i took my first draw...GOOD LORD!! This taste so much like Tribeca, it's uncanny! If I didn't know this was the eVo line, I would have swore it was halo Juice.

I'm wondering... has anybody else tried this eliquid? If so, which flavor, and what were your first impressions?

This would throw up big red flags to me, and make me run the other way. The guy was lying to you.
for what reason Trick? The bottles they come in arent some cheesy, mixed down in the basement, type e juice bottles ( not that that really means anything) on the back label its got batch #, and expiration date.
In the ingredients... It does say fema/gras approved. However I see nothing about being regulated by the FDA.

So Cali
I just googled FEMA/GRAS and it looks like FEMA stands for "Flavor and Extract Manufacturers Association" & GRAS stands for "Generally Recognized As Safe"...

That's quite a ways off from being "regulated by the FDA" lol

Not saying that your juice is bad or anything, but that FEMA/GRAS approved thing doesn't seem to mean too much

i just recieved some EVO juice today and im vaping it right now. i bought their "whisper" and also bought their "timber" juice. i got both juices in 12 mg and so far i think it's pretty good. im a new vaper so my taste buds are not excactly tuned in to vape juices tastes like alot of other vapers are so my opinion is just that - my opinion. i think both juices taste like Halo Tribecca. now i havnt vaped alot of Halo tribecca either because i got Halos sample pack awhile back and the PG was so high in their juices i dont vape them anymore but im planning on giving them another try again later down the line. i do like these two AVO juices so far, but im not really picking up on the "so-called "dryed plum" flavor that's suppoesedly in the Whisper. and i like the Timber too, but cant really pick up the so-called "hazelnut" flavor either. like i said my taste buds are still kinda dead from analogs...ive only been analog free now for just over 2 weeks. i was told in an email by the company rep i bought my EVO juices from that the pg/vg ratio was around 60/40 and what i can taste about VG.....this seems about correct to me. i'm gonna for sure vape these 2 juices over the next few days and hopefully i will like them enough to add them to my regular juice line up. i prefer light tobacco flavors and these seem good to me so far !!!

Actually, many of the things people consume are FEMA/GRAS (food additives, anyone?). For instance, I am sure most people have taken a vitamin or any other "health" supplement, no?? The supplement industry is not regulated by the FDA. A lot of supplement manufacturers are not even classified as GMP (good manufacturing practices.) I left a message for Dr. Oz one day when he came out saying that ecigs are not regulated by the FDA, as if that somehow matters--I told him to stop recommending supplements.

Just got some free samples of this line. I am very impressed. And that's not easy to do. Got one that's cantaloupe, one that's tobacco with cherry notes, and just dripped what they call spiced apple. Not enough time to assess the apple; but the cantaloupe is like eating the fruit; not cantaloupe candy, mind you. As I said in another thread, you can darn near taste the rind of the melon. And the rich tobacco in the maraschino, topped with a subtly sweet cherry is amazing.

Timber is definitely a 555 flavor, but its outstanding! I actually like it more then Halos Prime15 (which it really resembles)

Black diamond...wow! The best way I can describe it is a "captain jack" that Vapors etc. used to sell, but a much cleaner taste. No chemical taste what so ever.

So far three juices ive tried from EVO, Go way beyond expectation. Ive tried literally 50 different vendors juices, and the overall quality of EVO juice, go neck and neck with Halos quality. I love them both!

I've used Vaperite's e-liquids a lot recently, but have gotten a little bored of them. This seems to eventually happen to me, regardless of what flavor I'm using or the e-liquid supplier I'm getting it from, so that's not a negative statement against Vaperite. They have some pretty good stuff, though it typically needs to steep well - like the Halo e-liquids. I recommend their Organic APV Tobacco if you're interested. Because I got a little bored of Vaperite, I thought I'd switch back to Alien Visions and their good old Boba's Bounty (good stuff too if you've never tried it), but that company and their website are having a lot of issues right now, so ordering from them is difficult to impossible until all that clears up, if ever (which I hope will be the case). While looking at AVE's currently closed website, I saw they have some of this Nicopure EVO stuff, which got me interested, so I've been looking around for reviews and more information.

As best I understand it, Nicopure is actually associated with Halo, which is why the bottles and labelling look so similar - though I think the EVO bottles are plastic, rather than glass like Halo has. Their Black Diamond tobacco flavor looks interesting, as well as a couple of their other tobacco flavors. After reading these brief reviews here, I think I'll go ahead and try them out. Then I'll try to get back with a more in-depth review. I've recently switched from using m401 series e-cigarette gear to an ECHO, using either dual-coil cartomizers or regular CE4 type tanks (clearomizers, or whatever people want to call them). Have any of you used this e-liquid in tanks or cartomizers? And if so, how did either of those hold up to the liquid? I had a bit of an issue with Vaperite e-liquids quickly gumming up the works on either one. Typically, even with a flush cleaning, I would only get 2-3 days of effective use out of a cartomizer or tank - with the tanks lasting a little longer, sometimes barely up to a week. That wasn't very satisfactory performance - not to me anyway, so anything that tastes good and performs better on my equipment is of interest to me.

Also, what look to be the cheapest places to get some of this new Nicopure EVO e-juice from?

eVo juices are good IMO and work fine with all carts and tanks.I have used with Iclear's, vivi's,dc carto tanks and LR single coil carts. Not very good at reveiwing liquids but I have tried Black Diamond,Crimson Leaf,Whisper,Timber and all are good and clean.I have tried Vaperite's liquids before and I believe most of all there tobaccos are naturally extracted which is why they are not equipment friendly.

Best to drip them...as far as cheapest I know goodejuice sells them $4.99 10ml not that cheap though.Speaking of NET'S goodejuice has the best I've tried.

Hmmm, where is this info. I am interested. I have become quite the Halo fanboy. I just wish I could get their stuff in a B&M. On that note I did go to the Alt-smoke shop here in town a few weeks ago and got some eVo stuff while I was waiting on shipping from Halo.

I got Dakota, Berry Blast, and Limelight. the Dakota is very very much like Halo's Torque 56, which is why I got it. The others I got just for some fruity variety. They are my first fruit flavors.

I like all 3 so far, but still prefer Halo. but this will do in a pinch. I don't think the hit and vapor production is quite as good as Halo though.
