Having a lazy afternoon. Just spent a couple of hours working my way through government red tape. I consider myself quite bright but these government forms are a nightmare. :(

I know what you mean. Have had to deal with that stuff for way too many years. Just when you finally get one figured out they change it.

So @LouisLeBeau , if you were opening a B&M vape shop, what equipment would you stock? When a young woman brings her elderly mother in to stop smoking, what equipment would you recommend? These are serious questions and I'm not being argumentative. I sincerely want to know what you would suggest. :)

I understand your question, GB. A B&M absolutely, unfortunately, must carry relatively slim batts. SO many new vapers just cannot fathom a box mod or 22mm tube as a replacement for their beloved cigs. I get that. But it is a 2 week fling. GOOD for business, BAD for vapers on tight budgets. So, as a B&M, you MUST have a cigalike and a ego size setup available. BUT, I would REALLY stress the fact that they will outgrow it quickly. At least then, in two weeks, many will KNOW you had sound advice, AND their best interest at heart. All about integrity, to keep people coming back.

THAT said, man. Hardware is THE tough spot for a B&M. It changes SO fast, the prices drop SO quick. NOT a profit center, and a B&M has to be VERY nimble about inventory. This being a Smok sponsored thread, I really wouldn't be comfortable talking about other companies. I hope you understand. But I would TRY to look at the things that have been favorites of many, for awhile. You know what I mean, I think. And NOT sure what kind of quantities are expected for substantial discount to a B&M, I'd be tempted to shop the "burned" bargains at places like FT and GB, buying 10 at a time, putting a 50% markup on them which is NOT enough for a B&M. 300% is the NORMAL markup on fast burnout items that you might get stuck eating. And if ya do that, every customer who finds the item online, thinks you are a thief. Hardware is a NO WIN situation for a B&M.

Completely agree. There is soooooo much work the sponsors, companies, smokeyjoe and all to bring us these wonderful contest. I have gotten to where i ignore the ones that say those things. Found "Most" of them are 1 post people who don't even try to join in on any conversations, shennanigans or anything. Just 1 post and then back in 2 weeks saying did I win. I do Love that New ones are coming in to ECF and Winning. but I honestly only acknowledge the ones that at least try to join in even if only a few post here and there. JMHO and No offense to anyone New. We Love New ;)
I agree! I look over those types of posts too, or at least try ;) lol
I like seeing new members come to the forum! :)

I hate the laptop mouse thingy, I refuse to use it.

Argh... Don't know WHAT it is about that thing, but I wipe out whole paragraphs at a time with it. Cannot STAND that pad... hehe... my negative thought for the day. :)
