"Health Cabin" caramel macchiato is pretty good mixed with some TFA sweet cream and French vanilla deluxe.
The coffee flavors are strong though, so it doesn't take much.
I always have heavy whipping cream in my fridge. The quart size to use for cooking but mostly to hand whip into the best whipped cream you can get. I don't bother with any other. The caramel and fudge comes and goes depending on much ice cream we've had.
