No Smokers have been reported with Popcorn lung caused by Diacetyl in cigarettes
No Vapers have been reported with Popcorn lung

IF you are of the "I would quit vaping and go back to smoking if I can't have my diketones" camp, you can simply DIY, or add your own to commercial blends.
