My little piece of wisdom is to work your rehab as hard as you can! The doc told me I'd never have full range of motion again & that was unacceptable to me! So I decided to make him a liar and worked my rehab hard without hurting myself! And 10+ yrs later he's still a liar! Full range baby!

I will know more after the MRI... But, as far as I have heard, the ACL injury is
one of the WORST... if it is torn, it can NOT heal on it's own.

I hope you'll be fine. The Dutch will take care of you in meantime, right?

Yup, just as I guessed when you said you slipped on ice. Hyperextension for a torn ACL. DAYUM Gurl. VERY sorry to hear it. On the plus side, if they have to go in and clean things up, they REALLY do a good job. And there will likely NOT be a visible scar, they go through the TINIEST little holes. My blown knee is easily the stronger of the two, 25+ years later. And I was running within 6 weeks after the surgery. I'm sure they are even BETTER at it now.

Ohhhh, I am an OLD Professional when it comes to frying Oliebollen..

the trick is to always measure the temperature of the oil...
then it doesn't burn, and you get perfectly fried Oliebollen EVERY time...

Ohhh how I LOVE Oliebollen...
