Yeah,i liked the Capella the best.I can't remember what i made it at,i think it was like 10%,but i remember it took like a week of steeping before i liked it.I'll have to make another batch to try again,it's been a long time.
I've only tried 1 premade horchata juice,and it was really bad haha.
I drink it quite a bit.We get the powdered stuff that you mix into milk.I love that stuff.

At what nic level are you at? It can play a role in flavoring as well PG too.
I did not steep at all and guess it is even better next week or two. LOL

It was really nice outside today here too. Crazy December weather! Sounds like you had a successful day! My day was fine. Just hung out with the family. My aunt bought me some red hair dye, so I now have red hair lol. It's "ruby red" almost a cross between bright and dark. My natural color is brown then my hair does this natural golden ombre thing. So it's bit of a change.

Hahaha oh I don't know about that. It turned out a lot better than I thought it would. I'll have to show y'all when I get all the dye off my scalp...my cousin got a little insane when coloring it. Apparently my skin needed coloring too
