Good morning, everyone! Well, I was gone for most of the day yesterday and when we got back home it already was doing the thunderstorm thing and lost internet. Now, a few minutes ago, the internet came back, but a transformer blew and now we are without power. What a peachy way to spend a Sunday!

About once every year or so a transformer blows around here,usually the cause is squirrels getting in there somehow and...POOF !

'Tis an overcast day here today, but temps still up. Needz to do the "equipment maintenance" - take battery out of the lawn mower, bring up the snowz blower, put the gardening stuffz in the shed.....

Plus, I needz to (well, don't needz, but wantz) to whip up some moar flavahs.....

Good morning, Goddess!! Happy Sunday to you. I hasn't decided how to spend my beautifully warm but horribly muddy bonus Sunday. Trailer lights don't work on truck, fuse or wire? Guess it's better to be laying in on a wet driveway at 60F, than an icey driveway at 30F. Yep, trailer lights. WHY?! I got PEOPLE for this? Ah well, a man has to do SOME of his own manly stuffs...

Good Morning.
I did all the yard maintenance over the last few weeks,lawn mower and rototiller run for 10 min.with fuel stabiliser,garden tools all oiled and in the garage,rain barrels all emptied and stored. The spade taken into the basement so I can use it to get rid of any ice build up this winter.Herbs hung in the basement for next years seed.

All the stores, well, as many as I can tolerate. You haven't done a lot of in-store shopping in the middle of December, have ya? lol

Most of you know that we have been hanging on for several weeks while my husbands mawmaw fought for and clung to her life.

We just got the call. Last night she lost that fight.

I do not think we will be able to make it to TN for the funeral and no matter how many time he says he is ok I know my husband needs all the prayers we can muster while he deals with her passing as well as not being able to get to Bristol.

Thank you for your support and understanding while I am focused on him and his family

Only have a 1/2 acre lot. Even tho' we have the Smart Car, still not enuf roomz in the garage for one of those beasties!

At least I don't have to break mah back shoveling any more
