If you have an IDA drug store you can get your pg and vg there.If you have a Bulk Barn closeby you can get some Lorann flavours that are deemed safe there.I'm in Ontario those stores are here,you may have them in BC perhaps? Good Luck

+1 on what Crxess says. I kinda went with the philosophy of "what sounds good" and then started looking for recipes. The TFA thread has MUCHO info (yes, can be overwhelming) Also, take a gander at blogs by Hooser, DannyV45, and Bill's Magic Vapor.
Go check my blogs. I have a link for the TFA Dropbox. It has oodles of TFA recipes and spreadsheets with recommended TFA percentages (as stand-alones)

I am a hazelnut lover so I started with hazelnut flavorings. Then I got vanillas, creams, nut flavorings, and maple. I love vanilla, pecans, maple, and creamy. You can research recipes, and get the flavorings that are in recipes you like or want to try
Every thing that I get has to be shipped from somewhere else ( small town ) It's a pain
