Happy Holidays, stay safe out there. This I why I shouldn't enter contests...didn't know all the rules...never saw them spelled out...I won't clog up another contest...let you guys and gals win...I never win anyways....happy holidays.
Now THAT is actually a story... Yep, Fraser Fir. Been doing nothing but for 25 years..
LOL pretty sure that's what it was but didn't want to assume. I cut down and sold hundreds during my college years. They grow them in Michigan or import from the NC mountains?
It's absolutely worth entering, post when and as you can. We all like to see new winners, and the chit chat posts are where we have fun, learn about each otherThis I why I shouldn't enter contests...didn't know all the rules...never saw them spelled out...I won't clog up another contest...let you guys and gals win...I never win anyways....happy holidays.
My favorite is going out into the woods and finding the most perfectly shaped cedar tree, cutting it down and bringing it home. Nothing on this earth beats the smell of a cedar tree! Oh the memories!!! Of course now I use a fake one.
Me too...sometimesI woulda saved all this for the new contest, but I don't want anyone saying I'm a post ...... I just TALK a lot...
No, they grow em here. Up north, widely spaced. I guess they need a lot of sun, AND cool temps.![]()
