Emailing with a copy/paste message, saying your item has been sent to XYZ address and that tracking will not be available wouldn't take that long, probably less time than what's put into responding to queries about it.

My point is not to negate your, or others concerns. It is to explain - They Manufacture and Supply Bulk Product to Vendors. They use Ad Agencies to promote product.
Manufacturers are constructed differently than Retailers.

It is likely the people in charge of responding to emails are Compartmentalized.
i.e.
Product Support - Techs
Sales Support - Order takers

We were never allowed to cover anything until inspected. Costly Delays, Inspectors think they are gods

It's still the same but we've had them come back, or another one came and the other one didn't write something down.. Saves headaches big time.

Yeah same, notification would be nice though They handled it much better than the last one though, I'm waiting on 3 contest prizes right now, 2 joyetech and this Kooper, my guess is that the kooper gets here first even though the vtc mini contest ended a month before this one did lol...
