guys, not so good luck to me even i got the prize on hand.. the device is not working, everytime i insert the battery the screen flicker and nothing shows up after that. are we entitle for warranty ?

ya i thought of that too, so i change to a different set of batteries (am sure they are fully charged), i even take out the batteries that is currently use in my xcube2 and insert in to koopor plus but same problem.

It could be, and i found another new problem this morning.
it keeps restart by itself every time i turn it on and press the fire button.

Maybe they need a firmware update(if they are capable). I don't know anything about koopor

Remove the Tank and try it.
See if it is a Load related problem.

Still looks Battery related.

Still looks Battery related. I saw it start the firing count the second time you attempted to fire it. That usually indicates some load issue - Short or battery dip.

LOL done that and still the same, i even borrow another koopor plus from my friend and insert the same set of batteries and it works ok (with and without tank)
