Restocking our "wine cellar" next week only gonna be about 6-7lbs

When I say "daily drinker" The shipping window is PERFECT. Late fall, early spring. Biannual event. I learned from YEARS of experience, that a weekend on a UPS truck is NO way to treat a bottle Summer/Winter.

Hi ya! I've had a house full of the off spring and their other halves. Mama gotta cook 3 meals a day for the hungry mouths. I was drug out shopping the madness until 3 am this morning. I think they are getting pizza for supper tonight. This mama is tired! LOL how have you been? BTW sounds like your the person to give me some input on getting started with some basic wines. Any recommendations?

That's the beauty of the bell caps. You don't NEED those parts. The only way to get THEM, is to buy the whole kit. SOMEtimes, you can find the kit at gearbest ~$20ish.

Now I know I'm coming to your house I like to cook sometimes, but after cooking in restaurants for 20 some years, I have to be in a serious cooking mood to hit the kitchen. Baking is different--I love to bake all the time!

I also LOVE baking.... I get in major baking moods this time of year..

Holy cow! How many bottles do you have coming?

Haha... my wife and I went to Sanoma/Nappa Valley last month for her birthday. Lots of wine tasting and subsequent signing up for wine clubs. So far we have 48 bottles that have shown up and more on the way! We must have had a good time because we don't remember signing up for a couple of these wine clubs!
