You need a scale that will read down to .01 grams. I got one on eBay for about $16.00. They called it a pocket scale.

I'd love to have some! Although I'm on a "diet". I avoid all kinds of candy, soda, bakery and eat as normal else. And the kilos are just falling off. 5 more kilos and my stomach is mostly gone
