I would have to agree with the suggestion that after vaping the WOW Peppermint, everything else seems somewhat 'weak'. Sort of like the Red Hot Candy cartos, or the strong cinnamon flavors from anywhere. They are just so pronounced, that everything else pales in comparison. Possibly try them again in a few days? Or a week? Some days, even the Wowboy cartos seem odd to me, and some days they are terrific. Just depends on what I vaped previously. Don't give up on the carts. They may be better in a few days.

MS, in no way was my remark intended to insult you in any way. I am also 60 years old (well, 59), and also abhor drama, and pray that my whimsical musing won't in any way offend you or deter you from posting freely, ever. It's actually the general contentiousness in here that I was referring to, not your comment at all; I can't quite get used to it. Of course your post wasn't inappropriate. That's the thing. Such serious and dedicated bickering! All of this constant affronted-ness! Good lord. (Waving arms vaguely...)

ms421, had the same thing happen to me 2 orders back. Flavors I had already tried and knew I liked, that time had 0 flavor and hardly any vapor. I assume it was an old batch or just a batch that was filled improperly. I contacted V4L about it and they made it right the next order.

It's unfortunate when it happens because you feel like you are wasting your money. And probably frustrating for V4L. I may be incorrect but from what I understand the cartos are filled by hand, not machine, so there is more room for error there and more opportunity for inconsistency. So for that reason, even though I love the convenience of pre-filled carts, I'm slowly building up my cache of favorite flavors in V4L juices and filling/re-filling carts.

ms, they're forum regulars, and instead of moving to another thread, they are letting us know they are not amused/entertained/approving. Whatever. This forum is for people to talk about vaping issues, don't let their judgmental attitudes get you down. Your post was neither inappropriate nor uncommon.

This is a forum for vaping issues,YES,its also a forum where people like us come to talk, joke around and get support. Why do you insist on being rude to us.We welcome everyone and treat them kindly. It should be a fun, helpful and supportive place.Please.:confused:We are all friends here.We are just joking and having some playful fun,no harm intended to anyone. We dont want you to feel bad,its supposed to be fun,Right?

Keyzgirl, read this thread again. Read post OP's post #30. I only joined this thread when OP voiced her distress at the argumentativeness she encountered. Rather than reassuring OP, several of you commented on the weirdness of this thread. How did that make her feel? Read her post and think about it. I think some of you have a deficit in the empathy department. My sympathies will ALWAYS lie with the new vapers. No apology.

Keyzgirl, read this post and ask me again why I'm being "rude" ? Gee whiz, can it be any plainer?

Thank you, Mischief . . . I am totally confused by this negative s*it when I was only trying to help others . . . Thanks again, but I'll just lurk from now on . . . I'm 60 years old and don't need the drama . . . there has never been a truer adage than "no good deed goes unpunished" . . . they will jump on this one, too . . . so be it . . . Peace out!

Okay. I just wish to add this: I did read the original post on this thread before it was edited. I do feel for the OP and do not negate her/his opinion. However the original post did sound very pissy, argumentatve, and OTT. My first gut reaction to being "yelled" at is to yell back too. Disappointment is not the tone I received from the original post.

The OP wasn't "yelling" at you, or any individual on this thread. Other people have commented that WOW's exceptional vapor may come at the expense of flavor. Why did you take OP's comments personally? That is exactly the problem I see on this forum in the last few months. Posters are so invested emotionally in V4L they put down others with legitimate questions and complaints, instead of actually listening and responding appropriately.

A chilly 59 at the coast here in Cal today, and foggy. Hardly seems like July, but looks like a perfect day for some vaping. :2cool:

I must be in a different California... Wanna trade? I blew off a race today because 102deg F just didn't sound like a fun ride. 59 would ROCK for a ride though.

For someone who was misunderstood before perhaps you should read my post again. I did not participate in that part of the conversation. I was merely stating that the immediate posts afterwards may have been defensive because that was the tone that I received. I never once personally took anything other than thinking that the OP overreacted. I was basically stating that I do not berate anyone for their responses because it was only natural in my eyes considering the tone of the origi al post which did come off as pissy not disappointment.

Neither side did anything wrong.

ETA: I found a better way to sum this all up. Some were apologising for behaviour that needed no apology.
