WowCart Disappointment

I read the post again, and yet again, and I think the poster meant that the flavor was weak. A similar thing happened to me when I got my wow vanilla.

So it could be that the flavor is weak, not wrong.

I got a bottle, so I can't blame it on cartos being empty. There's also nothing customer service can do, because it really does tast like vanilla now. I guess an easier way to put it is that it seems like there are not enough vanilla molecules in the bottle. I think some wow flavors are just going to seem weak, realistic and wonderful approximations, but weak. I'm ok though, I just think vanilla could have had a slightly stronger intensity. On the other hand, some other wow flavors are strong indeed I bet. Either way, wow is great, I really love the record breaking vapor production

Ok, I never usually jump in and get involved, unless it is something I can help with.
Maybe I can help, you state that you have made many purchases and could not be more pleased, and yet with the last purchase of 3 boxes of carto's that you did not care for because the taste was to light, you are ready to let go of the company you were very pleased with?

If it were me and the company that I was very pleased with after so many orders sent me carto's that I thought were off or not right, I would have emailed CS first, and past history with V4L shows that they will do what it takes to make you happy.
I still think that is what you should do or call the phone # on your card and explain to THEM what is wrong and at least give the company that has treated you so well a chance to fix your problem and not just get mad and say Adios.......

I've never cared for prefilled carts. I've had some of Smilin's special menthol which I enjoyed. I then got a sample cart of it in one of my orders, it was weak had no flavor and produced hardly any vapor. It's been the same result with other prefilled, dunno why.

i can agree with the cola. imo it taste nothing like cola, the flavor is barley there. it taste like a cheap RC cola or a store brand cola.

Well, I have never tried any of the WOW flavours as of yet to my knowledge. However, I too am most confused.

Okay, so I'm not denying there could be an issue with the flavour but, the OP states that it was $30 wasted. How?! Flavour would be an issue with the juice since we already know that the carts are just the same as the premiums. Am I lost in thinking whats the big deal with draining the juice and refilling with standard premium juice? It's obvious the carts work or she and 2 of her friends wouldn't be able to know if there was "little to no flavour."

I agree with TheLook; this "adios" decision seems very irrational to me. At the very least: You didn't like the WOW juice so don't buy it again and stick with the standard premium juice. If I were to follow the OP's logic I should of dumped V4L long ago when they changed CMF.

I have purchased many, many items from V4L over the last few months and I must say, I could not have been more pleased! That said, I recently purchased 3 boxes of the WowCarts . . . Cola, Butterscotch and AppleCinnamonCranberry . . . I purchased these thinking they would be as great as the Peppermint I had purchased earlier . . . Don't know what's going on, but I have to say these carts are absolutely useless when it comes to flavor! The vapor is great, but the flavors are so faint that it is ridiculous! I threw 30.00 plus bucks in the street! I had a couple of my vaping friends try them, today, to make sure I wasn't "nuts" and both confirmed "NO FLAVOR"! Sorry, but I had to tell it like it is!

carts are...carts. You have a valid point.

I think what post people are saying is that you take the good with the bad. I'll say this, the WOW COLA...outstanding.

If you hate the flavor, it's a lesson learned. I have the other carts, and they are fine.

After a year of vaping, I've chilled out a little. But, to say they have "no flavor", thats something to investigate.

Well I would at least say they do perform for the most part.. But, every once in awhile someone could get ahold of a few bad carts.. Which is understandable and happends sometimes..

One time I ordered a pack of blueburry cobbler carts, and come to find out they had not a drop of juice in them.. Lol I didn't contact CS because it wasn't a big deal to me.. I had juice on hand anyway, and just used them as blanks.. So it was still all good..

V4L buy's in BIG quantities, should you have an issue, we will take care of it. i happen to know the carts you are referring too, have fabulous flavor. I use them myself. Sometimes there are some duds. just put a not in comments section with next order, or call us, or email us, and we will put a smile on your face.

IMO I think if the thread went this route.. the OP would have been less frustrated from addressing his/her experience with that particular order....

OP.. I know how it is to be a consumer , and I have spent a little time on open forums.... please understand everyone is just trying to help, and sometimes .. people don't interpret a post in the context or point the poster is
trying to make... I am sure you are not giving up on what you like,,, and I am hoping you don't give up on the community so quickly...
sometimes with open forums you have to weed through the thread to find the responses the YOU are expecting to receive.. whether it is someone that shared the same experience or not....

So I gather.. that you should see that sometimes, even with a company that has a good track record having a quality product, that duds are bound to happen... and by reading through threads you should see that customer service has been stellar here... So don't be discouraged in sharing your experiences/concerns ...as long as it is with an open mind for a solution.

If you were happy before.... that happiness will come again....

I realize full well that "flavor" is subjective and I would not have even bothered to post this thread had I not had two other people arrive at the same conclusion . . . so, for clarification . . . the Wow Peppermint is very, very strong to me and wonderful . . . I was disappointed with the other 3 expecting the same strength of flavors and I swear, they are so faint that they are almost impossible to distinguish between each other. They are not disgusting, just have very little flavor . . . I appreciate everyone's input and know you are trying to help, but some seem argumentative and that wasn't my intent . . . my intent was to voice my disappointment. Again, I apologize if anyone is offended, but I am still honestly disappointed in these particular carts. Peace!

The WOW peppermint I agree is a very, very strong flavor. I do too apologize if I came off as argumentative as it was not my intent. I was just trying to stress that we all have flavors that don't really appeal to us all. I love butterscotch candies, but hated the butterscotch flavor...these things can and will happen from time to time. For every flavor I dislike there will always be another flavor I love. It's a learning process and it takes time to find our favorites...unfortunately our taste buds won't agree with every cartomizer.

We all are disappointed from time to time with flavors, it's bound to happen, the important thing is to keep vaping and eventually everything falls into place.

We appreciate your feedback, and if a vast number of people experience the same discontent with a particular flavor, it serves as constructive criticism for vapor4life to improve.

You should put the carts you didn't need into the swap thread or join pay it forward and grab something you like and offer it to someone who might like it!

Hi there, ms421. I just wanted to thank you for making your OP on this. I think it is much easier to post positive reviews, and be silent on negative ones. I thought your original post was quite nice in tone, and appreciated how you made a point to have 2 other people check your perception.

I am wondering if you have put your reviews of these on the V4L site? I look at those reviews a lot, since I am new to vaping, and can't try as many flavors all at once as I would like. Sometimes I wonder if I am only seeing the most positive reviews because people are afraid to "tell it like it is", and seem crabby or mean. You seemed neither!

The "adios" comment had me a little concerned, 'cuz I didn't understand that you we referring to the thread. So glad you are here to contribute!

I confess, I only made one review on the V4L site (WowCola) and, after getting some "heat" here,LOL!, I editted it so as not to sound too "crabby" , but I think I got my "disappointment" across . . . I mentioned the other 2 flavors in that review. Again, thanks for the support! As several have said, it will all work out in the end . . . the main thing is getting useful information and helping one another stay off those analog coffin nails!

Kimmy might have something there. I got some wowboy ejuice I thought was terrible and went back a couple days later and it was a little better, but as you said, weak. The rest of the things I've purchased are above everyone else in taste and quality. Different strokes for different folk.
