Ok, time for Goo's Opinion 101....

Most of you guys SMOKED, now your either cutting WAY back or have quit... Now, OMFGWTFBBQ, lets all FREAK out cuz theirs some dark food flavoring in this stuff.. Maybe some RED#40..

Fact - My wife has been adding Wintergreen Oil to her juice for quite some time. in the last 30 days, there have been 0 dead atomizers, 1 dead battery.

Fact - I have been adding dark flavorings to my juice for some time.. Coffee, Butterscotch, Caramel, etc.. In the last 30 days, there have been 0 dead atomizers, 0 dead batteries.

Conclusion? Nobody died any slower or any faster this month. IMHO, I still have taken at least 4 bullets OUT of the revolver...

Flame Off.

I'm sure it would help me, but I can't get it to open? Adobe can't open it since it's a zip file and double clicking on it doesn't extract it....ideas?
When you double-click on it, you should get a box asking whether you want to open it or save it. You can chose the program you want to use to open it (eg Internet Explorer) and then save it from there. Hope this helps.

Like walrus said everyone has their own preference.
Absolutely agree and never in dispute :D I certainly wasn't preaching to anyone as to what they should / shouldn't use and didn't intend for it to come across that way to anyone. I merely posted up something that I put together for my own use as a 'quick reference' guide in case someone else might find it useful.

Thanks Goo, Appreciate the info.

Thank you Angela (and whoever else) for posting that list!! It's wonderful and I've printed it out.

Now, when I google LorAnn, I get websites that sell LorAnn "Oils". Please, can someone direct me to a website where they sell the water soluble flavors? Or am I misunderstanding what I need to get? Thanks!

LorAnns call their product 'candy oils' regardless of whether they contain oils or not.

OK, thanks Angela, that explains it then!! I'll go by your list and choose. Bless you!

Just ordered 4 flavors hoping they'll get here before DH and I leave for vacation, if not, they'll be here when I get back. And from hence on I'll purchase in the stores. Just can't take the truck out now because it's LOADED and ready to leave for a working vacation.

I was so excited to actually find these flavorings (and at a Giant Eagle no less!) that I just picked out four flavors that sounded good. Now I'm home and the excitement has waned...I don't know if the ones I got are usable?

It doesn't say if they're oil or water soluable. The ingredients are PG, and artificial flavor on the Coconut, Natural and artificial flavors and PG on the Chocolate Hazelnut. PG and natural and artificial flavors and water in the English Toffee. I'm not even going to ask on the Tutti Frutti, it sounds lucious but I see Red #40 and Blue #1 along with artificial flavors and PG.

Which are good to use and which aren't? I was so excited....

I do know that on lorann's website one of the marketing quotes was that all the flavors are water soluble

edit: i guess i did not remember what i read correctly. thanks for the correction walrus

They are not all water soluble. If you click on the Item Details of a particular flavor, it will list all of the ingredients and whether it is soluble, insoluble, or partially soluble in water.

I like Bettys Country Grocery for small bottles to sample the flavors. She has all the flavors, and dram bottles are only $1.09 each. She ships quickly, too. Save the safe list, or take a moment to check the ingredients of the flavors you like, and you're all set.
