Please be sensitive to this post as I am in desperate need for info and support :unsure:


I am writing in hope of getting a quick reply and response . Please givedirection and or guidance to provide info on the subject of whole tobacco alcholoids while quitting smoking


First thing ifthere is a help line and or phone number website that I can get intouch with please PM me or post that info so I can get in touch with someone familiar with absence of WTA's and those who DO NOT fair wellwith the absence of them while attempt to quit smoking

Long story short I attempted to Quitwant to quit and it still it is my desire to quit smoking andtransition to vaping. I am willing and ready but not yet able.. Please direct me as to what is next.
I been struggling for 15 days now onthe tenth day I had a bad regression experience worse day I everhad........ then last night I crashed.
What think happened is over the last 2 weeks I cut myself way TOOOOOOOOOOO fast. At that time the withdrawals were acceptable and understandable... I thought Id beok when I realized I was NOT getting enough nicotine from vapping then I increased and things got worse .
Thats another story ….... I triedadjusting Nicotine levels many times AND IN EACH TIME I would try mysymptoms WERE GETTING WORSE..
It would take me 2 pages and fourhours to explain what happened . And what has been happening everyHour and every attempt I had tried vaping feverish flue symptomsect.... I am NOT sick and in good health other than withdraw detox..ect......... . for the past 15 days the withdrawals are greaterthan I have anticipate Today literally cold sweats on my way into Bottom line is the anxiety had gotten to the point where I am notable to function do my job. Not to mention my home life .





Ok here is where im at I need to get some WTA juice quick and would like a fewresources. I ddi go ahead an order some from Aroma E-Juice but that will be a few days . Im not sure who else is out there and wouldbe able overnight some
Please advise?

Anyways from thevery start of leaning about WTA's I DID NOT want to go that route IWANT TO QUIT SMOKING ONCE AND FOR ALL.However today I am reconsidering the WTA route and need to get some guidance . And someresources Fast .

Let's get more information here.

How much did you smoke per day, and what did you smoke, before you started vaping?

What nicotine level are you vaping now?

Are you vaping natural tobacco or NETs or some other ejuice?


You are assuming you are not getting alkaloids or nic, but symptoms like cold sweats, sickness, etc. could very well be TOO MUCH NIC. Nicotine poisoning is not pleasant, not pleasant at all.


Before people start tossing out advice, we need to know the particulars, adn go thru everything you are doing now, step by step.

IN the meantime, the best course, while trying to SOLVE your problem, is to take it slow, and mix your vape in with a few analogs until we get you straigtened out. I still smoked a few while I was transitioning, but in your case not being able to even function normally, and aso interfering with ability to work is not acceptable.

Have you thought about using Nic gum or some other product like it?

It might help during the transition.

thanks but Sorry been ther done that.. one of the reasons why I smoked for 30 years . Dint relize all the effects it had till each time I tried to quit.... I need someone who has been though this type of detox , folks that honestly needed analogs, as the anti depressant part AND d transitioned to vaping

Not to sound angry or callused towards anyone but I would not appreciate someone who is not seasoned on the subject to offer advice if they have NOT GONE though the same symptoms .
I don't want to blow this up or get tooo personal but this is serious stuff when you take away something that has kept you somewhat in check for most of your life . It is critical to maintain and keep a state of balance if you in deed have a condition that requires something to keep ya in check. Some what close normal state of mind....
If I tried to explain what hap Friday and last night unless it happened to themselves I dont think they would believe it..

ohh dont need a doc nor a psychiatrist only a self medicated smoker that is using vaping , Hopefully NO LONGER smoking and transitioned over with aid of WTA's in ther juice

Would love to have some support and info to provide hope and a game plan... I am willing to become friends invest my time/ life for there support as well

IMHO you are moving too fast to 100% vaping. You need to relax and stop putting so much pressure on yourself. Perhaps you could smoke and vape for a while. Slowly cut down on the cigarettes and vape more until you lose the desire for cigarettes. Some people continue to smoke a little for weeks, months, etc. until they are down to very few cigarettes a day and then just totally quit because they prefer vaping.

If you do decide to smoke for a bit longer, I suggest switching to American Spirits or other brand without all the additives. You may be addicted to something else in there besides nicotine or the WTAs.

Where in NJ are you? I have some Aroma WTA in 12 mg and 18mg.

Smoked PAD when I needed it.... sometimes more sometimes less . Sometimes 5 in a row sometimes one would be ok for hours.....
Mostly Marb/red Winston red any thing on sale camel FULL flavor …

What nicotine level are you vaping now?

6-18 mg tried 24 once or twice today i tried to vape till 10 am it didnt work... tried more till

i tried a bunch i like juices tho , last few days i DONT LIKE taboacco flavors nor the smell of smoke However soked a few tho

yea either is what im experincing and i DONT THINK it is Nicotine poisoning

dont think so ..I know my body...

I slowly transitioned to vaping. I actually didn't intend to quit smoking, although I'm super-glad I did. I didn't pressure myself because I was unsuccessful trying to quit in the past and I was a long time, very heavy smoker. Of course you do have to try but I slowly went from several to a few to one or two, to none.

My mom quit and she smoked for close to 60 years. Just hang in there.

Look into WTA and snus.

I know exactly where you're coming from, I've been in the transition since September. Some people can vape once and drop
the stinkies on the spot, some of us aren't so lucky. Don't pressure yourself too much and take it slow. My ciggy intake is
dropping steadily and am considering Snus.

I don't want to sound new-agey but try some herbal tea to settle your nerves, it helps me.

as you can see I am a poor typer ( speller too) it will take me about 1 hr for one short paragraph so pardon my cut an paste but here are a few exerts I had posted so far... see below … if it is hard to follow .Id Be more than happy to explain if this does, not make sense... I appreciate all your helps

Pretty much had bad withdrawals from day One . I went tooooo quick to fast.... .On the 11thday had the worst experience in my life I ever want to remember. And that would take a long time to explain so ill save that for another day .
dont know where to start nor do I think I can explain in words but im sure yall went through something similar …... on Day 11 cut annolog. Learned another big lesson . I think I made a big mistake from the beginning. Cut myself way too fast toooo quick . A 30 year Pack a day smoker cut myself from day ONE down 70% . Dint realize till it hit me hard....

Note : at that time I went from PAD to EIGHT to SIX Anologs ( first week) then down to 4 in the second week . It was in my mind to cut next week down to 3-4 a day and replace the annogs with vaping once I got the hang of it. Next is what happened that day after cutting myself to ONE analog while trying to vape 4-8 maybe times with 16-18 mg . I felt ok till about 4 pm had a smoke and got sick ...so I thought that was good . Right Was in a total state of confusion for well for a few hours .. And then what hap next is when I realized I had to have a smoke..... so I had a smoke .

I have to be honest I DONT remember this week at all its been a blur , I dont know how I even made it home last night .. I am dead serious and some of u folk may thing im Nutz but I experienced something pretty intense for only being a smoker . Anyways for the past few days I had experiences so many symptoms it would be hard to explain . I did not know if it was from having enough or too much nigione ,.. long story short tried I to get my nicotine level right . Out side of first night vaping too much I thought I was doing good when I was going sow waiting for the vape to kick in...
anyways .i was in a fog ALL day then to top it off I THINK I dint get enough nicotine , or its been a few days of not enough ???? could not focus concentrate, and went into a state of confusion for a long time.. that I didnt rem rem anything that day...... . Wholly smokes never experienced anything like that in my life............. .. its was bad ..man intense hope I never go though that typer of day again
see what hap was I tried to cut myself even more and did not have an anolog till early after noon ….i think it was too late ?Ill take some observations opinions cuz im still loss for understanding why Day 11 hit me more than day 8-9 or 10

well its was then when I realized what was happening so I must confess I had an annolog well minutes after I didnt even know where I was ..i can go on... and ure gona think im nutz so ill stop.... . but whas then after discovering something still not sure cuz I almost sort of blacked out …

but from One analog ??? whats going on now?
I can use some help adjusting my meds so if yall can help id appreciate what ya suggest as I continue to make the transition

Sunday and Monday waking up i took advice to start off with a good amount of nicotine in the morning and go from there . Vaping slow when I felt I needed . those two days were the first time I woke up in over 6 months without an alarm clock.. it was a nice experience I made coffee sat at the kitchen table and started my day vaping . I was relaxed and optimistic
I felt pretty good and felt like I was doing GREAT

Note I had a great day this Sun Monday smoked ONE analog felt refreshed Monday night best I felt in long time..
However now Ill try to explain what happens almost every-time I vape .or feel the urge comming on to smoke this never realy changed outside of those two monings . Hope it makes sense .....


I vape slowly and wait … ill ghet dopey and stop..... If it dont work then my ears My stomach turned for days on end... My head felt like it was gona explode and my ears would get warm this would go on and off all day … ammater how much I vaped how much or any amount of Nigteen strenght I tried.. Low slow getting enough whatever . If it didnt kick in then my ears would get hot and my head was also getting hot... I slowly waited and waited till something would kick in and it never did. Felt a bit dopey thats what I pretty much experienced for te past 5-6 days unill lst night when I crashed!!!! and his is what brought me to believe I need WTA's and help with this topic
