I ordered this item $21.41 HLY A-Mega Mechanical Mod / E-Cigarette Battery Compartment - blue / telescoping at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
and received an item that's defective and it doesn't match with the item description. contacted customer support and i must say their service is horrible.
besides the item is defective, their picture showing the telescoping tube is made by brass, the one that i received is clearly made by aluminum which is not what i like. but seems after initiate return ticket with them, them just simply finding excuse in order to trying avoid me being able to return the product. here is the communication log:

Instead of the item from the description picture showing the telescoping should be made by brass, the item that i received the telescope tube in made by aluminum.
Besides this issue, the item i received it's faulty. I've tried it with 18350 and 18650 battery. it won't fire at all. must be having a connection issue.

About the MATERIAL, I have checked it with our purchasing department, the MATERIAL of the telescoping is brass and there is electroplating chromium plated.
Since it is not fire, how about we arrange you to return it for replacement?

i would like the item as described exactly like the one advertised one the product page. at this case, i do not like it if it's chromium plated. can i return it and get a store credit towards future purchase?

Since the item is still in good condition, how about we issue you a discount of 5% for it, and you will not need to return it?
If you insist to return it, could you please check the cost to return it to Hongkong address by economic way? As the item is still good and we need it to be returned to Hongkong to resell, thank you.
The last response really pisses me off. How can they call a clearly defective product "still in good condition"? WTH, I guess if they really needed the money that bad i can just spare it with them and count it as my luck has failed me.
but once again, they would never want my business ever again.
