X6 electric cigarette

I just charged my x6 vaper and turn it on now the white button will not turn off it just stays on can somebody help PLEASE.

Welcome and glad you joined. Suggest remove battery from tank and call vendor/manufacturer for solution.

I have an X7 VV eGo style battery, I believe the X6 may be similar. The battery (in my X7 anyway..) can't be removed. Well, it can, but.. Anyway, it sounds to me like the 'fire' button is stuck down. The light doesn't turn off at all? Mine has a 8-10 second cutoff if one holds the button down. I would do as BrotherBob suggested and call the vendor where it was purchased.
