Xhaler question(s)

I really like my Xhaler. I use sometimes @HV w/ a 901, but really use it more w/ a 17670 battery in there and 510 attys. It vapes awesome with that battery and will go all day so no carrying an extra batt!

Is there a way to make the throw on the switch a little easier? I like the fact that the Xhaler wont fire in my pocket, but the switch is quite stiff and I am constantly rotating fingers AND hands because the switch starts bother the tip of the finger I am using.

What's the chances of having a brass top that is for the 510 vice having to use the adapters?

Also, need to get the XShaler and skins up on your site and actaully purchasable!!!

Yes, there is a spring you can trim, drew told me about it when my button was sticking. It sounded easy enough to do, if you PM drew he'll prolly walk you through it, I haven't done it so I am not comfortable giving instructions on how to.

or just put some naolox on it after taking apart n will glide like butter

+1 on the Noalox. I found the Oxguard brand at a hardware store and it makes a world of difference.

I think Drew said that the manufacturer didn't have a 510 cap available, but I agree it would be great if there were one.

Im sorry , I must of overlooked this...The 510 cap is not really cost effective to make up as it would require an additional spring or a longer body to make it work safely and effectively...Keep in mind that the first line of safety with these is in the spring and the second is the Delrin End Cap...I dont think its right to sell the Xhaler for X amount and add $30 for a 510 cap...Thanks
