Hey Drew - just wanted to say the new buttons on the Xhaler/XShaler are sweet and work really well, very consistent hits with the new button. Guess I'll be ordering a few more to outfit all of our units.

Actually Hitt, the old one still fits as does the bottom cap, so no it dosent, but if yours is a little "iffy" there is a lifetime waranty ALL parts on the Xhaler....Thanks

Well Drew I was wondering because when I bought the new button it didn't come with that so I thought the kit might. I'm not having problems but thought it would be nice to have a spare just in case. My xhaler is getting a little age on it and would like to be prepared.

That's very cool of you. I keep going to your site looking around but just wasn't sure what I wanted besides some more lr306 attys. I'm pretty set on everything besides those attys but keep thinking about that upgrade kit.

I know this is old news to many but figured I would share. My wife got me the upgrade kit for the xhaler and a new button for my mini and the difference these new buttons make are incredible. I'm extremely pleased.
Check these out....These fit in all the Full sized Xhalers (old and new) and will make it 5 Volts unloaded....They also work with all your 18650 mods.

I will have a limited run of Kicked Xhaler Kits on the site late today. They will include 18650 IMR batteries , Long tube to enable you to use a Kick with the 18650 batts and One Kick.

I just sent a bunch of these out to be Chopperized and Media Blasted...I also ordered some polish to do a couple by hand for myself...I like em...
Drew, is option #27 on the Xhaler upgrade kit (the one with the X-H slotting) the new extended tube for Kick+18650 or just the regular 18650-length tube? I might have to snag one if it is the longer one, 'cos I dig it 
I want that polished one! How does one go about getting one of those? Or is it not orderable? I see polished, I see media blasted x-h... I want to see polished x-h.
