Today is 3 months since I had a cigarette. I never thought I would make it this long, as the longest I had ever gone without a cigarette before was 5 weeks and that time I didn't have a choice. ( Basic training was smoke free even back then ) It has been so much easier than I thought it would be. I haven't even wanted a cigarette in this whole time, except for that one day when Ursula's nose got a little dent ( What? I named my car and refer to her by her name ;-P ) But I vaped through it.

To all you folks out there thinking about starting or that just started vaping, I smoked pretty heavily for 30 years and if I can do it, so can you. And I promise you, you won't regret it. :vapor:

Times DO change. I also smoked for 30 years. Quit this past November, but the reason I started was because in Basic training, smokers got two extra breaks!
