yet another eGo charger issue, but....

...instead of the light turning red, and not charging as I've seen in a few posts, it's turning green and not charging. All the terminals have been cleaned. Any ideas what's wrong?

If it does it on both batteries, dead charger. If it only does it on one battery, dead battery. Is it the AC adapter, or the USB part?

it's all of it- guess I'm ordering a new charger. Thanks anyway.
