Actually to me it looks like some cheapo unwrapped batteries that you don't know what's inside with one brown LG mixed in a high power reuleux.. A accident waiting to happen.. People must understand the importance of using high grade and same battery and battery marriage and care.. Buy them together and if one is damaged dispose them together anyway and get a new set.. Better safe than sorry over a few bucks.. We really should make more videos and info to be spread about this.. I will certainly make a video now.. This is awfull and gives vaping horrific reputation without the need for big tobacco to campaign against us.. Should we claim that vapeshops should have a licence to learn customers safety so it can't be turned on us if customers are ignorant and hurt themselves..

The problem is how it's defined.

Every nuclear disaster leaves the land uninhabitable for the foreseeable future.

Also adjusting your expectations in favor of one over the other isn't helping.

Include Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Include all other nuclear weapons to be used in the near future.

Include the results of nuclear testing.

They're all byproducts of nuclear energy.

Include the fact that nuclear power plants are just now nearing the age where they're likely to fail and that we've not seen the worst that can happen despite hundreds of startup companies headed by brilliant nuclear physicists are vying for the rights to implement they're brilliantly simplistic safe guards.

Let us not forget Bill Gates and his cronies putting a bottomless budget into the plant they're planning on opening over seas as their proof of concept.

These fossil fuels fueled the country in a time of physical labor, little knowledge and great risk.

And they did it with no help from modern technology and energy sources.

Nuclear never had that plight.

It started with checks, balances and tons of scrutiny.

Fossil fuels held their own for an eternity by themselves with everything on their back in the "just get it done" Era.

Of course they weren't as safe or clean as they could be.

And of course with growing demand, super geniuses at NASA are pushing for far more energy from a single source.

Though, I've never known someone at that intelligence level that could see the obvious under their nose.

And land that can never be used again is obvious and final.

Let's agree to disagree.

I guess it is adequate to compare a mod with a couple of badly cared for batteries and propably shorted is comparable to environmental disasters and nuclear catastrophic events that forever changed the world.. So now we can't make people understand safety and even develop safer mods for noobs I guess. We wait 20 000 years and rather let millions of people die from cancer derived from tobacco smoke.. Not to speak of other lungdeceases like emphysema and asthma.. I mean get real it's a setback but we gonna fix this problem, we want to fix it and we can! We're people not defect machinery that need replacement. We replace the machinery and gain knowledge how to make it safer and we will share it and we will save lifes. The guy that introduced me to vaping saved me, he didn't put me in harmes way, neither did he nuke me or chuck a plant chimney in my mouth.. Vaping is still a symbol of health and love for life!

I honestly would have never posted that if I knew it would have turned into a two page debate about nuclear energy. PS to the people I was arguing with I like debating, especially with people who know what they are talking about. I respect your' opinions and hope there is no hard feelings. We're a vaping community not a nuclear energy debate panel :D.

You cant unleash the genie and then try and stuff her back in the bottle.

You gotta go with the flow, and ride it 'till the wheels fall off.

Welcom to ECF.

That wasn't from unmarried cells.

We arent even sure if we need to marry batteries. Mooch is testing this now.

I like your enthusiasm but lets not rush to make videos regurgitating info that may not be accurate.
Thats one reason we see these thibgs happen. Bad info.

Couldn't agree more! What makes this community great is the fact we can debate stuff and keep on going our day.

Ok we are not sure we need to marry batteries, but tell me how it's bad to advize it as a safety precaution? Until we know that is. That could take some time.. And even if it's a tiny bit better it's better still and if not we will have our battery guru tell us so we don't need to guess right.. I will, as long as we are not sure, advize to marry batteries even if that is propably not a cause of accidents yet that people don't.. Heck I don't always do it, but then again I am starting to feel that I know my battery basics and look and feel for signs of danger all the time.. God forbid i find it and that goes for all of us.. Should someone find that they may be doing something wrong and I could have told about it but was arrogant enough to hold my mouth shut.. Well I could never excuse or forgive myself..

It was a response to your post about going off to make a video.
Theres enough inaccurate information out there already.
There are already tons of videos about battery safety and marrying cells, (which i believe is probably a good idea), but jumping on the video advice bandwagon half cocked isnt helping anything.
Please dont take this the wrong way, but there are also tons of videos made by people who think they know what they are talking about when they really dont.
This is how people get hurt.
I again applaud your enthusiasm, but you said you started vaping recently and are new to this. My advice is to learn a bit more before trying to be a teacher.
Do you really understand why we have been marrying cells?

And no, honestly I do not believe regurgitating saftey information you dont fully understand in youtube videos will help anyone.
They only way to be safe is to actually understand what ypu are doing, not blindly follow advice, good or bad.

Just be careful what you believe in and who you accept as your battery guru around here.

I agree batteries don't HAVE to be married.

BUT!!!

It IS one way to lower the chances of people doing doing something extremely stupid.

I guess those ...... at Nasa are wrong! Climate Change: Vital Signs of the Planet: Coal and gas are far more harmful than nuclear power

You ever hear of the Bhopal disaster? People TODAY are still suffering from chemicals that leached into the ground. CATF and American Lung Association claim that 13,000 people die from coal pollution. That's 361x more deaths than the worst nuclear disaster (other than Hiroshima and Nagasaki) that has happened.

when talking about energy resource safety... what does bhopal have to do with it? oh right, nothing... other than yes it was a criminal disaster. it was a pesticide plant, not a coal mine or nuclear plant.

you are the one leading the thread off track with your tangents.

this guy had too many batteries, without cases, loose in his pockets and they blew up... user error.

The cause of this is as obvious as it is insidious and luckily for our female vapers it is a problem that only effects the male half of the population. Never, and I mean never guys, put your vape in your pocket without turning it off. Otherwise the little guy can start stealth chain vaping and you can see for yourself the results. Yeh blame it on the batteries, go ahead, but its the little guy who always gets us in so much trouble and why would vaping be any different.

Kinda like it but it went too far.. Feel me ;-) back to track *hahaha* we gonna Fix it!

Slowly catching up...and whilst reading:

Eating a can of lead-laced tuna thanks to coal.
Drinking a diet MD thanks to sugar.
Vaping nic-juice that has the identical color of the sample I gave my doctor recently.
Aaaaaand wondering which one of the many "safe" things I do...is gonna kill me first?

Eating healthy = lead poisoning
Drinking safe = cancer, blindness
Vaping safe = cardiovascular disease

When will we learn?
When the politicians and profiteers are all DEAD! :2c:

There's virtually nothing untouched, they're polluting everything and then lying by telling us that it's "safe".
Can't even drink the water...

Safe energy = Zero-point

This guy isn't the first to discover a magnetic motor.
There is a least 1 third world country that's powering it's entire population using 1 of these machines.
A massive generator that provides power for several hundred thousand people.

The article (and proof) has long disappeared from the net, but zero-point is real.
It's not in production here because it cannot be controlled by the government and has the potential of collapsing the economy.

Economy collapse = dollar collapse
Dollar collapse = worthless money
No money = global chaos (See Venezuela for a current and immediate viewpoint of collapsed currency; the Bolivar)

Nothing is free...including us.
