Yet ANOTHER Fasttech question

I'll make this short-

I'm having a hard time finding a tracking website for FT orders. A while back someone recommended 2 sites, one was 17track.net and another. Problem is, I can't remember the other site! It's shipping through ChinaPost if that makes a difference.

Apologies, I tried to search ECF but couldn't find the FT thread. If someone can link it, or suggest a good site, I would greatly appreciate it!

Also, for future reference, I always have much more luck finding what I'm looking for by searching ECF via Google. The forum's search function is really inadequate, IMO. This is how I search via Google: [search words] + e-cigarette-forum

If you paid for upgraded shipping (or spent over 20 bucks), they should have given you a tracking # that is trackable on USPS tracking?

If you did`nt spring for the upgraded shipping, there is no tracking.

I have received all my fast tech orders in the past - have one currently on the way.
However so far i've never been able to track the orders. They just get to my house one day.
Used the singapore post and got the numbers but no results and have used the Australia post option and got the numbers but no results.
Tried tracking from fast tech page from the carriers page , from clicking the number in the emails.

ok now that i go check I'm taken to this 17track page which seems to have some info - pre-lodgement by merchant.
perhaps be able to see some progress this time.

I used the update for my countries post but this is the first time a link to this 17track site has been sent in an email.

@VHRB2014- I did. Total order was about $34 USD. Its been about a year since my last FT order but I have never been able to track via USPS until it reached customs state side. In the past I have used another site to track the package from China (and then USPS tracking once it gets to the US) but can't remember it.

@Wolenstark- Like VHRB said, if its less than $20 USD (about $25 AUD) you don't get any tracking option. If you did spend more than the minimum 17track is supposed to have info but never has for my orders if I remember or can find the other site, I'll update it here.

i have shopped at fasttech for 2 years.

17track is all you need. Its also the easiest.
