Hi, trisonic. Another strategy you could try, is to Google up some local brick-and-mortar
vape Shops. Even though they
can be a little more expensive for some items (compared to online sales), they bring a lot to the table. They're all different, of course, but some features are fairly common.
You can talk to someone in person that
might be very knowledgeable, and able to help you figure out a lot of stuff in a short amount of time.
There may be a "Sample Bar", where you can sample all of their flavors (usually for free). This is a
big help for finding flavors you like. Since it's (usually) free, there's no harm in trying odd flavors you would never spend money on. (They usually give you a disposable silicone mouthpiece, to keep from spreading the Ebola around).
They might let you try out some different e-cig models. You might find something that is perfect for you in one day, instead of spending months of aggravation and hundreds of dollars buying half a dozen types of e-cigs online (like I did).
Often there is free coffee, and you just might meet some people you want to hang out with for a bit. I've been
vaping for years, and I regularly wander into one of the local shops, and spend a few bucks. I recently found a new flavor (
Kringle's Kurse, by Halo) that I would never have tried otherwise. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but I suck that stuff down like it's The Antidote.
Just take things at your own pace, and don't get overwhelmed. There's no pressure, and you're not doing it wrong. It took me 3 months of just trying to
vape more and smoke less before I finally quit for good. It happened when I wasn't paying attention. One day I realized I hadn't smoked in more than a week, and that I didn't want to smoke, not even a little. I honestly don't know when I smoked my last cigarette. It was that easy.
You can do it.
Good luck!
