I have lots of mods, but for my commute to work and during the day I am looking for a SMALL but powerful mod. My Snow Wolf, G-Priv and SX Mini are just to big/heavy.

The mod must have the following specs....

- Small and light as possible
- 1 battery 75w or 2 battery 120w minimum (18650 only)
- GOOD and easy to use TC
- From a reputable mainstream manufacturer (smok, Sigelei, joyetech, Asmosus, etc.)
- Fits a 24.5mm tank if possible but 22mm could work
- Under $60

Maybe a Pico, X Cube, eVic or similar is what I am thinking, but open to suggestions. Smaller the better.

Thanks all!

A VT75 full size, 18650 or 26650, your option, still 75W but will hold a 25 mm tank without overhang. Not sure the nano version can handle a 25 mm without overhang. $60 at Ecig HCigar VT75 Mod-Blue | Ecig.com (granted, it's in blue, but if you really hate the color, you can always throw a wrap on). You can hunt around for a better price or color you prefer. I found mine at E cig city for $50 in black, but now they're sold out.

Out of all the mods I have the one that goes with me to work most days is a Pressa TC100. With a low power/energy build it can last all day or at least drain a +4ml tank.

For a small and light single 18650 mod I'd recommend the VTC mini.

I have a Presa 100 as well. Works fine and will hold a 25 mm tank. I cannot say its the best at TC, but it's serviceable.

I'm guessing that you are using a SS3xx variant. I use a 1ohm NiFe48 build that performs as good on the TC100 as it does on my SXmini's or DNA75's.

(technically it performs better than my DNA75's as fired when hot the DNA complains about the coil resistance and might kick me out of TC mode)

That'd be my recommendation based upon what the OP asked for as well

Geez, I spent 5 minutes trying to figure out what variant of the Presa was the SS3xx. Just about ready to pull the original box out to check the labeling there.

Yeah, all my builds are 316L. The Presa and my RX200s are OK with it, but for 316L, the DNA is smooth and consistent. Never had a Yihi SX (or other Yihi products) but I am aware they're a quality board as well for TC.

316L really is IMO the best wire to use as it works great in TC or Wattage mode and can be dry burned with no issues

I spend a lot of time in my car as well and my go to has been the vapor flask stout. It is a 26650 mod though and only fits a 22mm tank without overhang. I also have a hcigar vt75 which I really like and can fit a 30mm tank with no overhang but the dna 75 chip is not very efficient so it doesn't last as long as the Stout. I love my Hohm tech Slice which is the best performing of my 26650 mods but lacks some of the Stout's battery life as I tend to run it hotter.

As far as 18650 mods the Smok Alien works well unless you are in TC mode with the latest update, pretty much sucks in SS316L mode. Great power mode mod though but the paint sucks so if paint chips bug you then stay clear. For a power mode mod the Sigelei Fuchai 213 works well, some people have problems with the TC modes, others don't, not going to get into that.

Pretty much the ones I have mentioned fit comfortably in my cup holder and have not let me down. If I had to only choose one it would be the Hohm tech slice, love the chip. If I had a second choice it would be the vapor flask stout, bought it when it first came out and has never let me down in power mode. For TC I would pick the Hohm tech slice everyday and twice on Sunday though, it's a beast.
