How about the "sketchy pre-ordering practices"?

It's a bit shady to ask people for $25 when you've given no pictures, sparse details, and no final price. For all anybody knows, you could slap a $300 price tag on this thing. Are people going to be able to get their $25 back if it ends up costing more than they're comfortable paying?

The price was already listed in the last thread. It's either 70 or 80 bucks, I forget now.
Well that's the soft of information you should probably put on the pre-order page, along with other minor details, like what kind of batteries it takes. An actual picture would be nice too. You shouldn't have to sort through a twenty-something page forum thread just to find out what it is you're putting a $25 deposit on.

Price, form factor, and battery type were all listed in the other thread, which is linked to from this one. No, it wasn't listed in the easiest way possible, but *just maybe* he figured the limited number of pre-orders he can offer should go to people willing to invest the five minutes it took me to find all of the answers? And maybe he doesn't want to put up a picture of a prototype when the final units will be done in a few weeks?

I'm sure when the unit goes up for sale all the info you want will be nice and easy to find on the website.

And when that happens, and you wait the month (or more, who knows how popular it will be) for your unit, the rest of us who were willing to take a chance and do some research will be happily vaping our pre-ordered units.

Again, all that info really should be on the preorder page. He took the time to write two paragraphs about how this is going to be the greatest thing since sliced bread, but neglected to mention the price or provide a simple list of features? That makes no sense. Linking to the first post in a 23 page thread and expecting somebody so sift through it all to find that info doesn't really make up for it.
