How about the "sketchy pre-ordering practices"?
It's a bit shady to ask people for $25 when you've given no pictures, sparse details, and no final price. For all anybody knows, you could slap a $300 price tag on this thing. Are people going to be able to get their $25 back if it ends up costing more than they're comfortable paying?
