Yep.....that sounds pretty rational

Rational or not, if it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck....

Like I said.....sounds rational....notice the sarcasm.

Its impossible to take someone serious when they spew that kind of irrational, not based in reality or facts, kind of dribble.

You have ceased having an opinion worth listening to, and become something akin to Alex Jones.

I don't know everything that goes on in this country but if I had to guess I would say they are going to force the nicotine levels to be lower before they would outright ban them. Why is Nicorette only available in 2 or 4 MG strength? Is that the company's choice or regulated by the government? Does anybody know? Also I will say that I find it funny that when I tried Nicorette to quit, didn't work for me obviously, I did some research on google and found quite a bit of posts talking about being addicted to Nicorette now instead of cigarettes. At that time I heard nothing about the FDA looking into affects of long term use of NRT, but now that E-cigs are growing in popularity it becomes something that needs to be addressed.

I am not paranoid though but I don't like our government much. I pay them quite a bit of money and they do nothing for me except tell me what I can and cannot do.

Obviously you were being sarcastic. Your entitled to your own opinion and that's fine. I have no qualms with you nor do I wish to argue. I'm just stating from my own personal viewpoint, what I BELIEVE will happen. You sir, I would dare say, are the type of person who would calm the masses into quiet compliance. If you wish to be trampled on, by all means listen to this man. If you wish to stand up for yourself and your rights, let yourselves be heard.

You really don't know me, lol.

There is a major difference between standing up for your rights, and whipping others up into a frenzy with irrationality.
Martin Luther King Jr. stood up for his rights, Louis Farakahn called white people a lab experiment of a mad scientist.

See the difference? I'm all for standing up for our rights as citizens, hell, truth be told, I believe the FDA is unconstitutional, that said, I don't support people throwing out wild ... conspiracy theories accusing people, Blu, big tobacco, of things which there is no proof of, for the sole purpose of what? Fear mongering?

This is all fear mongering, I remember over the summer, I was told by a vendor that we would be luck to still be in business come January 2013, guess what? This vendor is still in business.

We have until April to find out what the FDA wants to do, they could take longer, it could be April 2014 before we find out, April is the earliest we will know, not the latest. Hell, they could decide to do nothing, not likely.

Then, lets say they come out with their regs in April, then there will be a public comment period, this to could take years, because the regs could be revised over and over before they are put in place.

Point being, yeah, I hate the nanny state, I hate that we have to through this, and I don't expect the best.

But excuse me if I don't make a jack ... out of myself when we don't even have the whole story yet.

I apologize if I'm comming off as cynical, I just can't shake the feeling of something terrible comming our way. We all need to stick together if we are going to make it through this. If we can't count on each other the government has already won. They want us to come apart at the seams. I'm just shocked and appalled at the situation at hand.(

Im predicting this right now. New FDA APPROVED Blu Kits and disposables! The first FDA regulated pre filled cartos at $6.50 a pop which "will last about the same as a pack of analogs!!" Lol. I bet you guys anything this is what's comming. Cartos taxed at the price as a pack of analogs blu has already been bought out by big tobacco, the plan is for the fda to approve Blu and make it the only ecig available. ONE ECIG TO RULE THEM ALL. Better learn to start making things yourself.

Singed but I highly doubt this. I think the worst that will occur is taxes and allowing the sale of USA only made products with some annoying guidelines attached. Blocking China and all that fun stuff. If BLU was the absolute only approved, that would be dominance on a market and that is illegal and surely, if BLU is permitted to produce, others shall be as well.

My first experience was with a blu disposable as well. It was well before these commercials though. I just happen to see one at Walgreens and I bought it, never looked back since. Though I don't think blu is the same company. Was it because the company was bought out by big tobacco that they changed?

To my knowledge, there have been minimal externally-visible changes in the Blu. They look the same and get about the same reception that they did years ago.

Or maybe this has been planned all along. It makes sense to say that blu was started by big tobacco in order to gain a foothold in the ecig industry. They are trying to collapse the whole thing from the inside.

Epic fail if so. I'm not the only smoker I know who converted due to the ads, or had some familiarity when speaking with me because of the ads. Their kit is comparable with many other cig-alike starter kits, which everybody seems to head for at first.
