At current carton/pack prices 03/31/2013, which of course will be pushed out once I have to restock liquids or anything else.

Will also be pushed out when I get the new LT. But will be offset a bit when I sell previous hardware.

One thing I haven't calculated in was the gas station trips to pick up packs when I ran out.

Itll take me about 6-7 weeks of not smoking. (Havent stopped yet. Also, this is after I get my extra backup battery, wall plug, charger adding that in).

Ive already got e-lqiuid and paid for that easy with my last period of vaping.

I am not one to buy lots of unnessasary gadgets or things, and I aint rich.

Neither am I, but I prefer to spend a little more every month and have all the supplies I need... equipment tends to follow Murphy's law closely and break down all at once!

When I moved from a state where my brand of cigarettes was $32 to a state where the exact same carton was $75 I switched to RYO's, cutting my carton price down to $20. And as a half pack/day smoker, I was spending (estimated) $30 per month smoking cigarettes, or about a buck a day.

Since switching to vaping, I've spent $77 on supplies. Sooooo....basically on day 77 I will break even, if I don't buy anything else. But, if I do, I will still save money if I don't spend more than $30 per month on vaping supplies. AND in the long run, I can spend all I want because all the money I am theoretically saving in healthcare costs offsets ALL of it!!

If it was just an addiction to nicotine and i satisfied that addiction with the 1st mod I got that worked, and just bought tobacco ejuice I would have broken even... but it's become an hobby/obsession at this point and i've spent WAY more money than I should have.... but I'm LOVING IT!!!!!!!!!!! MUAAAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. I'm having more fun with this hobby than i've had in 20 years. :p

Happy Birthday SoundHunter!
Now, to my answer - I haven't hit the break even point yet, but I'm keeping a sharp eye on it. I almost did, and then bought a Provari, putting me soundly back in the hole. However, I have lots of juice, and even some DYI, so I plan on being back in the black shortly. I'm not even removing the costs of the "pay it forward" stuff. The recipients should be able to reap the benefits on my account. :)

Hmmmm I just thought of something. If I add the cost of that cigarette case and all those disposable lighters I have purchased throughout the years and the ashtrays................... I am WAAAYYYY ahead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

how about those times where you realize you are missing your lighter after a rigorous pat-down and angrily speed over to the gas station to get another... I don't miss that lol!

btw I'm pushed forward to Jan 8th already haha

Cigarettes are expensive where I am, nearly 70 cents each.

I broke even in the first month, and am saving up for a Provari now since vaping has proved to get me off the analogs. I'll have the Provari by Christmas and might go a bit nuts with juices. :)

A pack of smokes runs eight bucks here. The new Inferno kit I got on Monday including the juices and extra cartos will have paid for itself in about a week :) Most of my cheap stuff paid for it's self in a matter of a few days. There was one that was super awful and I took a loss there, but it was about 28 bucks. Hmmmm wonder what I can justify buying next month......
