I'm still not fully switched over, but that's okay. Some days I only have a few, occassionaly I've gone back up to nearly a pack (but that's still 1/2 what I used to smoke). Yesterday I had 1/3 of an analog, another 1/3-1/2 of one, 1/2 of one, and then when up late working on site had 2 whole ones. The day before i had zero. Today I've had 5. So, all in all I'm doing okay, even with the occasional entire pack relapses.
With me, the biggie is keeping the analogs out of reach, because an ecig doesnt fully replace that lungs full of smoke feeling. If my pack of analogs are at my desk, I'll smoke quite a few of 'em. If theyre in the freezer and I only get one at a time out, I can keep the numbers way down. Right now I'm craving one and the ecig just isnt quit doing it, even with some liquid that has a good throat hit. But theyre in the freezer in other end of house, so I'll be able to keep from lighting one up for a few more hours.
