Really good to hear this from you ;-)

I' m really sad cause i'm pretty anxsious during this days...
I don't really want to smoke a regular cigarette e-cig is doing well this part when i need even after dinner after few puffs the want of a regular cigarette go away...
The problem is sadlu to say :-( since i quit smoking i'm anxsious and impotent. Is really difficult for me to stay erect.
Before i had no problems.
Sexual life is probably the most important part in my life and is the only thing could convince me in the future to smoke again if i would not solve the problem.
I prefer to risk illness and have a good sexual life instead of die healthy at 100 years with no sex...
First time i tought sexual problems maybe were caused from to much nicotine of vaping but now i'm sure this side effect are from quite smoking :-(

BTW your post is really cheering.
So if the next two weeks i will not able to have a sexual life i can give try to WTA e-liquids and if nothing change i will come back smoking really sadly but i have no choice.
Hope is just a period of detoxication...

Just put a little ...... in your eliquid...

e-agra...:)

In that case, you need to find a very supportive doctor who you can trust...and one who may not endorse e-cigs but who supports your choice to try them.

You clearly have a lot going on in your life and if you do have a slip up, don't beat yourself up about it! The best advice i was given on this forum was to count the cigs i don't smoke, rather than the ones i did. Over time, i quit naturally. :)

But please, find yourself a good doctor! We're not medical experts here and a good doctor will be better capable of helping you through your quit attempt/cutting down considering your individual medical situation than us. Don't get me wrong, there's some excellent advice here which you could heed, and loads of support (i really can't stress that enough!), but to me it sounds like you could use medical advice tailored to your individual needs.x

Very strong advice.

Finding a doctor you can trust is something you cannot afford to wait until you are sick to do. I am in the midst of finding a new one, myself. My old doctor, who was a fellow my age I was counting on using for the next 25 years and trusted, decided that the BS in dealing with being a doctor had become more trouble than doing what he trained for (and loved) 12 years to be. He is doing something else now. That is sad. I wonder how many really good doctors we are losing this way.

I have the perfect Dr for you....Dr. James Bowles in Sandy Hook....is a 20 minute drive from the west end and he offers one price for self-pay and another for insurance. True gentleman and one of the last country doctors out there. His office is in his house.

He's also vape friendly!

Took about 3 weeks for me. But everyone is different.

When I really think about it....the 1st week was easy. The 2nd - 4th was rougher with the 2nd and 3rd being the worst (if I even remember correctly now)...and it had some other stuff too....like a mild cold as my body cleaned itself. Also, I went through "dead taste buds" and also through the "tight chest/tight esophagus" thing for a bit too.

PUSH THROUGH IT ALL. Keep trying. Don't stop quitting. If you know what to expect, you can vape through it and tell yourself "It is temporary!"

If you think you have allergies to stuff...that's different. Change juices.

Try to cut back at night too. Vape too much at night and you get "awake dreaming"...lucid dreams...with too much nic in your system.

Oh...maybe try some dark chocolate too. Or see doctor for better drugs while quitting.

just hang in there it will pass might take a few days or even weeks but in a while you will be thinking this is so easy i don't even want one. that may last a while and you may hit another patch of wanting one but on the whole the more time you put between you and the cigarettes the easier it will become. best of luck and don't cave just Vape.

For me the first month was easy. Now at two months I am having my most difficult time. I am constantly craving analogs. I'm just hoping this won't last long.

Vape a little heavier when those cravings hit. We refer to our PV's as pacifiers because they quiet the urges. It really does work.

I struggle with the same thing at the moment. I can't stand smoking yet there's some "need" that i find myself even after days of vaping that I just need a analog. I'm taking the silver lining to be that I've decreased from a pack a day to one - three every other day in just a matter of days. I'm working on quitting analogs for good. Going to try uping the nic level. But you are not alone.
