Zen Carto Hybrid Help

Howdy y'all, I recently purchased two Carto hybrids and one is functioning great, the other not so much. It's just the tank. The seal in the lower connector seems to be leaking juice into the bottom thus flooding my Sophia, any tips or help here?

Did ya check out Zen's video on how to fill them properly?
Not trying to be a smartass, just trying to help troubleshoot with ya.
You've got to turn it upside down so the carto holes are above the juice level when you seal it up.

10/4 I understand how to work then, have the other running fine. It's bubbling from the bottom seal like the o ring in the lower connector is shot, yet I can't figure out how to swap the o ring out

Well you've got the basics then and that's about the extent of my knowledge on the subject.
As an IT guy, asking "are you sure it's plugged in and turned on?" has honestly solved quite a few issues =)
