Ok. So I picked up a Zen mini recently. Seemed to be working quite well right from the start. Then I did some reading on the forum. Since then I've cleaned the switch with Iso, sanded the screw, washer, spring and surfaces as well as battery terminals, and stretched the spring out a bit. Now it's performing quite amazingly.... I've also ordered brass upgrades from ENS. That being said, is there anything else I should/could be doing to increase performance? Not that it really needs it, but you know how it is.....
