This is a quote of a post I put up over on the ENS ZNA area of the forums the other day after ENS got back to me.

I put in a ticket with ENS yesterday and asked about the "upgrade" for early buyers of the ZNA. They responded very quickly with they're being prepared. No details on price or when we can get them but the implication was that we'd get some sort of discount. I trust ENS. They've always done the right thing (along with Mike) to make things right. I mean we bought the thing the way it is. There's no obligation on ENS or Mike to give us a discount but I trust they will. Like Mike said about the ZNA itself, "be patient".

As an add on to the previous posts about the ZNA. It's a fantastic device. There is no way something as simple as a topcap diminishes the fit, finish, design and build quality of the thing. You can fix the topcap problem yourself, it's not that tough. Many forum members have done it. Just a quick trip to the hardware store, some brass screws for a few cents and a file. You're done. I love HoH products. Own a few. That doesn't make me a fanboi by any means. But these devices are very, very nice. I got what I paid for. Any other problems that folks have had, Mike has fixed them ASAP and got the mod back to them within a couple of days. I've got the regular ZNA (if there's any such thing) and I lusted after the LDE. If I ever get a chance to get an LDE for a good, reasonable price I'll have two ZNAs. Nuff Said.

Agreed. Good luck getting at LDE though they only made like 50 or something crazy. I actually got to see one from an employee at CIEC in person. Honestly I think I prefer the looks of the regular version. I wouldn't mind a Steam monkey version either

Just kinda checking in and saying hi. Gonna follow the thread a bit. I got lucky and was able to buy one from a local store. Missed it plenty of times on the ENS website but I guess patience turned out to be a virtue. Really thinking about purchasing the link. I cant recall seeing any pictures of it cap on, off or both in here. Is there another thread I should be looking into?

I haven't received my Z2.2 510 top cap yet but a friend has received his.....
Here is his email he sent to COV where is purchased it from:
WHAT A. P.O.S. !!!!
Received the Z2.2 top today. This thing SUCKS big time ! Firstly, way expensive, especially to current ZEN ZNA users… should be at cost or something. Secondly, all this adjustment does is transfer the gap that was above the cap to below the cap ! Worthless !
I would like to return this ASAP for a full refund...

I don't what my friends problem was...I received my Z2.2 top cap and as it came from the factory an HH357 510 atomizer screws flush...I am happy with mine..

Was there ever a resolution to the problem with the battery level reading not being accurate? I remember reading several posts about it, but couldn't remember if there was a fix. My ZNA was not having the problem, but now it appears to be.

Huh. Don't know. Never heard about that particular problem. Mine's serial number 345 and I've never experienced the problem as far as I know. When mine says the battery is dead, "it's dead Jim". No red shirt though.

here ya go....my LDE with collector's edition Link RDA...



and I have 3 Z2 510 top caps... the steam monkey collector's edition, the antique bronze one that came with my LDE, and a regular ss version. all have been upgraded to the 2.2 pins, and they are FULLY adjustable and everything now sits completely flush on the cap, and the caps also fit flush on my LDE... of course, last picture showing my Russian w/ SM CE 510 "2.2", 'nough said

I didn't get the new 2.2 510's, my originals were upgraded at the ZFO. the only difference between the old and the new are the screws..

I occasionally get to Des Moines and it just so happens that's where one of the 2 ZNA B&M retailers is; Central Iowa Ecigs. So I actually got my ZNA there back when it came out and I was in the area yesterday so I stopped in and they had the center pin upgrade kits.

There is only 2 Zen B&M retailers? Wow, I'm really lucky to have one really close to me. I had no idea when I walked in a shop and picked one up. I figured there must be many.

Im loving this Link RDA. Went ahead and drilled the air hole to 3/32 though. Not huge by any means but a nice compromise between air and flavor. It looks good with my spare Z-atty top cap on it also. I think it even fits a bit better than the Link top cap. Plus I get the Zen logo. Built a twisted 28g coil with cotton and its lower than I wanted at 1ohm. Running at a mild 16.5 watts and enjoying it very much.
